Pyxiee Food Diary
Hello! My name is Emily and I have been doing Slimming World since November and absolutely love it! I have lost 1 st 5 1/2lb so far. I had never followed a 'diet' before, and see slimming world as more of a lifestyle change. It has taught me to cook so much more for myself, from scratch - no more packet/jarred sauces for me! I mostly follow Extra Easy.
I am always taking photos of my photo and posting on instagram so I thought I'd start a diary on here too :)
Thursday 21st Feb (Weigh day!) - Attempting my first Green Day
BREAKFAST - Honey Dew Melon Chunks (SF), Hifi Bar Rocky Road (1/2 HEB)
LUNCH - Paprika Cous Cous with Roasted Veg & Spinich (SF - Butternut, Aubergine, Courgette, Garlic), Banana (SF)
DINNER - Goats Cheese (HEA), Bacon & Butternut Squash Risotto (I have loads of roasted veg left so might have some with dinner too) 2 SYNS
SNACKS - Hifi Bar Rocky Road (1/2 HEB), Coconut Muller Light (LOVE!)
SYNS - Bacon 2
Will update Syns throughout the day, Need to decide on my other HEB, and whatelse to have with dinner for SF if not roasted veg! & I will add a photo!
This is my first green day so any help appreciated!
1/2lb loss tonight. A little bit disappointed but I'm glad it's still in the right direction.

DESSERT - Papaya (SF) Vanilla & Chocolate Muller Light (free)
SNACKS - Banana (SF) , Coconut Muller Light (free), M&S Piri Piri Chicken 1 SYN, Rocky Road Hifi Bar 3 SYNS

Saturday 23rd Feb - Extra Easy
BREAKFAST - 2 x M&S Reduced Fat Sausages 2 SYNS, 2 x Poached Eggs, Mushrooms (SF), Chopped Tomatos (SF), 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread (1/2 HEB)
LUNCH - No Lunch, Breakfast was more Brunch, Starbucks Caramel Machiatto with Sugar Free Syrups Milk (HEA)
DINNER - Batchelors Savoury Rice & Veg Stuffed Pepper (Free - Peas, Sweetcorn SF - Carrot, Swede, Peppers ), Chicken Tikka, Wholegrain Mushroom (SF) Rice, Green Beans (SF) Sprinkling of Feta 1.5 SYNS
SNACKS - Think I might have had a Banana (SF), Raita (Yoghurt, Mint, Cucumber, Lemon juice), Hifi Bar Rocky Road (1/2 HEB),
SYNS - Co-op Poppadums 2.5, Pataks Lime Pickle 2xtbsp 3, Mango Chutney 1.5, 1 tbsp Light Spread2.5

I was soooo good and didn't have any of the Indian snacks my friends brought over (bhajis, samosas etc), Limited my poppadums and didn't have any apple crumble. I wasn't even missing out because I was sooooooo full!
Sunday 24th Feb - Extra Easy
BREAKFAST - 30g All Bran Chocolate Crunch (HEB), 80mls Skimmed Milk (HEA), Banana (SF)
LUNCH - Swede (SF - Mircowaved liked a jacket potato), Philli Extra light 50g (HEA)
DINNER - Homemade Burger stuffed with babybel Cheese (2 SYNS), McCain Home Chips (3.5SYNS) , Fried Onions (SF), Salad (SF - Spinich, Tomatos, Gherkins, Cucumber), Lighter Mayo 1.5 SYNS, Grapes (SF), Coconut Muller Light (free)
SNACKS - Grapes (SF), No Added Sugar Robinsons Peach Squash (free)
SYNS - Lindt Coconut Chocolate Square 2.5, Rocky Road Hifi Bar 3

I have also been doing well in drinking water! Managing 2 Ltrs a day so far.
Monday 25th Feb - Extra Easy

DINNER - M&S Reduced Fat Sausage 1 SYN , Penne Pasta, Veg (Free - Peas, Sweetcorn SF - Carrot, Swede, Peppers, Butternut, Onion, Courgette ), 60g Kerry Low Low Spread (HEA)
SNACKS - More fruit salad because I cut so much up!

I love your food ideas - gonna nick some if you dont mind! - I am struggling to lose the lbs only coming off in 1's...
I havent thought of using Batch Rice to stuff peppers with - think I will have that tonight.
I need to up my water - but thinking about it if I do I would be forever on the loo lol xxx

It was the first time I had used it outside chickpea dhal cakes and wanted to add super free. Just used frozen veg and it worked so well! It's a cheap and easy lunch for work too and can be hot or cold!
The water thing is true! I have to drink it out if a Buxton water bottle tho - find it so much easier than a glass! :)

I popped to home bargains and Wilkos and picked up loads of 'treat size' chocolates and mini bags of crisps to make a treat tin!
