Right so having been a lurker here for quite some time, I'm taking the plunge to start writing my diary here.
So about me....Well I'm currently at the heaviest weight I've ever been and very unhappy! I've done Slimming World in the past and got to 9st so know that it works for me and I do really enjoy it! So I've joined up online to keep me on track with my syn values etc! Hoping to work towards Body Magic as well by getting some exercise in! Hoping that recording everything I'm eating here and exercise will keep me from straying to the biscuits and wine!! And that hopefully someone will give me a kick up the bum if I'm tempted!!! haha:asskick:
So today so far I have had:
Spinach and rocket salad
Virtually fat free salad dressing - 1 tblsp (1 syn)
The plan for tea is:
Salmon marinated in soy sauce and tsp of honey (1 syn)
Cheddar and onion Smash
Kale pan fried in 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil (2 syns)
Healthy Extra A- 250ml semi skimmed milk
Healthy Extra B - 2 Kelloggs Nutri-Grain Breakfast Biscuits
Will probably have a Galaxy bubbles orange hot chocolate later (40 calories) - 2syns

We're not at a dissimilar weight at the moment, and are also aiming for a similar goal weight - I'm aiming for 10st. Will be great to follow your progress and see how you get on :)

Just off to make my tea now. Managed 15 mins on the wii fit today. Not much but taking it slowly and building on it! :o

Really pleased you're feeling positive - so you should be, you sound like you're doing great. Even fitting that Body Magic in on the Wii Fit, that's brilliant. Before long you will be able to go for hours, it just takes a bit of getting used to. Well done! xx
Dinner was yum! Just having pineapple and strawberries with muller greek coconut for dessert (1/2 syn) and going to have hot choc later!

Well busy stressful day yesterday at work and couldn't face food all day, so when I got home at 6 I ordered pizza and had a donut and some wine! :break_diet:

Weighed myself this morning and showing a 4 pound loss though! That's enough to keep me motivated today!
