    Monique's keep the same until birth 35 weeks pregnant :) EXTRA EASY

    Hiya everyone, well Im coming up 35 weeks pregnant and have gained around 3 stone tipping the scales at a whopping 18 stone...I'm on maternity leave now and have th end sting bug which means I can't stop cooking...I've done nearly every Jamie Oliver meal and they are not to forgiving on the waistline so I'm now looking at keeping the same weight until I give birth (Edd 1st April) then carrying on to get myself back down to a happy weight of 12.5 stone..I'm getting married 17th August 2013 and would like to be 13.5 by then....I know I will bee a stone lighter post partum so hopefully 3.5 stone is manageable...I've successfully done slimming world twice a d have lost a lot of weight each time (last time to conceive this baby) but have not done extra easy so would love tips on how to make it work

    my slimming world shop comes Thursday so will be starting my food diary from Friday..until then will be just using it for meal ideas and planning and getting used to extra easy

    I've decided to just do green days as they are more filling tomorrow I'm having

    Hiya I'm starting my first green day tomorrow I'm planning on having
    2 egg omelette with 2 slices wholemeal nimble (hexb) ketchup (1syn)
