Well I will probably post my first food diary on Wednesday as I can only go online at work and I am not around much before then. Those of a nervous disposition had better look away as it won't be pretty!

-
Click under your name where all your stats are where it says - Edit social network links.
Under - My Settings - you will see - Edit Signature. Click on that and a box will come up like this one and you can copy and paste the address bar for minimins and your page into that box then click on Save Signature and it will appear on your page. Give it a go and if you get stuck will sort it out.

Thanks for the reply and helpful info Systema. Hopefully I have done it right!
I will eventually get around to sorting out the tracking and updating etc but at work (I work for the NHS) there is limited time to do all this as only allowed online for a couple of hours so will have to wait I think until Easter when I can use Dad's computer at my Mum's. Unless I get some quiet time at work, that is.
Thanks again!

Working fine.
Don't forget to write it all down even when you can't get to the computer - it really works.

Oh great! Thanks for that. I was concerned when I did not see the rest of it...

Just read your weekly diary - use 1tsp of oil for 2 syns instead of 1tbsp for 6. Frylite does not do your pans any good, I bought one and never did finish using it and went back to oil.
Now you can go to Edit my signature and type the name of your Diary into there like mine says --- My diary - Green Days

I'll do my second food diary tomorrow as bit busy now. However, just a 'heads up' to those who are veggie amongst us to say that the Tivall cocktail sausages are only 1/2 syn each (yeah, they are small) they are quick to nuke in the microwave and I like them added to a pasta salad. They are like their hot dog sausages so have that smoky briney taste and I think give the salad a bit of interest. I think they are yummy.

Sadly did not write anything down. I may have finished off the soup I made (not one of my better trials). I think I had frylight sprayed fried eggs with potato slices burnt in the oven somewhat cos I was watchig a DVD and forgot about them!
Monday 11/03
Again a washout. I did not have the books to hand. Very bad, I know. I would have either had a packed lunch or eaten ryvitas and philly cheese. I thik I had pasta for dinner
Tuesday 12.03
Sorry. Again not written down. But I did have sultana bran Hex B and milk Hex A
Wednesday 13/03
No brekkie
Lunch was Ryvita and Hex B and Philly cheese as Hex A
Dinner
6 minicocktail sausages these have been a really really good buy and each little darling is only half a syn each!. Great to liven up pasta and salads etc. Sweet potato chunks and some noodles.
That’s it for now. Weigh day tonight! Let’s hope I take off more than half a pound this time.
I am aware my food diary is a bit rubbish but until I get paid and can get more food in I am having to eat what is there – not much variety and I have no more fruit. The only veg now is the frozen mixed veg stuff.
I am determind not to eat crisps – my downfall. I know some are ahppy to eat them as a snack but even the low fat ones are around 4-5 syns and I would rather have something more ‘worthy’ if I can. (I know I ate some biscuits but that was finishing them up).
-
Hi - try and get to a computer and lets us know how you get on tonight.
Good Luck

Thanks Systema - just read your note about the frylight thing. Think you are right. I could not understand why my pan seemed damaged.
How are things in 'Nam? I bet the food market(s) is/are great! Have you eaten any wierd critters? Beetles etc? If so are they free or synned?!!! Oops just realised you are, I think, veggie like me.

This was my hubbys favourite stall in Thailand and yes he did eat them, fried in butter - yuk.
Not seen anything like it here but the veggie markets are good especially for herbs, they almost give them away.
