Hey so I have decided to start a food diary so I can keep checks on what actually goes past my lips!!
I get weighed on a tuesday so here goes!!!
Saturday looked like this::
Breakfast;

Lunch;
Jacket potato with beans and 30g cheese (he a)

Dinner;
steak, lots of mushrooms & onion half a pack of uncle bens rice (1.5 syns)
I have decided to do my meal plan for the week and post on here so I know exactly what and when I will be eating it!!!!
Sunday;
