    Hey so I have decided to start a food diary so I can keep checks on what actually goes past my lips!!
    I get weighed on a tuesday so here goes!!!

    Saturday looked like this::

    Breakfast;
    Mullerlight & banana

    Lunch;
    Jacket potato with beans and 30g cheese (he a)
    Mullerlight

    2 x teacakes (8 syns)

    Dinner;
    steak, lots of mushrooms & onion half a pack of uncle bens rice (1.5 syns)
    January : 4lbs lost
    Febuary : 3lb lost
