Do you have access to a kettle, how about a mugshot or couscous?

If you make your own couscous its free, but the Ainsley Harriet ones are low syns. Its like a small grain & takes on the flavour of the seasoning you add, i sometimes make it with bovril, add pickled onions & cheese. You could make couscous at home to take with you.
