Lose 1 1/2 stone - 10.12
My max healthy weight - 10.10
First Target - 10.8
'Feel comfortable' weight - 10.5
Wedding Day (& happy with) weight - 10.2
Stretched Targets
Get back into the 9's
Lowest weight in 6 years - 9.10
Would love to get down to weight - 9.7
Monday 4th March
Breakfast:
30g porridge oats (HEB)
Mullerlight Vanilla, Fresh Raspberries
Snack:
Banana
Lunch:
Tuna, Pasta
Salad leaves, tomato, radishes
Salad Cream (2)
Fruit salad-melon,grapes,kiwi,mango,pineapple
Snack:
Biscuit (2.5)
Dinner:
Chicken stuffed with Babybel Light (HEA) wrapped in bacon medallion, sliced piripiri grilled potatoes,
salad leaves, carrot, tomato, cucumber, 30ml rf sour cream (2)
Snack:
None, dinner was so tasty and filling I didnt feel hungry again.
Drinks:
Coffee 1
Decaf coffee 1
Lime\Ginger Tea 2
Orange\Cranberry Tea 1
Raspberry\Echinacea Tea 1
Water 2
Camomile\Spiced Apple Tea 1

I love those nutrigrain biscuits too, so handy when your running late for work - but they do need to seal
them in packs of 2 tho !!!!

Hi Shaz, thanks for reading! Yes it is far too tempting to eat the other 2 in those packs isn't it?! Plus they go a bit soft if the packs are open don't they!
