Hi all,
I'm a serial yoyo dieter but joined back to SW last night as in the past I reached goal but stupidly thought I was in control and stopped going to class and then having gained over the years tried all sorts low cal, cambridge diet, WW but now I'm back and in the mind set not to spend the summer being fat!!!!
I'm going to keep a diary and hopefully this will keep me on the straight and narrow!!
Watch this space skinny me waiting to leap out!!!
