Right, hopefully the right group this time lol, I need to set this up and hopefully it will keep me on the straight and narrow
Thursday - Breakfast -Muller light banana & custard & cuppa tea (used milk from hea)
Lunch - 2 x red onion & rosemary linda mccartney sausages, gherkins, saurkraut, pickeld onions, baked beans & beetroot with water
Tea - 2 fish cakes (syn free) served with bbq slimming world wedges & veg with water
No heb cause I forgot and no syns cause I am trying to be good
Toady I ahve had muller light yogurt & banana with cup of tea (milk from hea), lunch well that was pickled onions & gherkins as I was busy baking a cake, tea is gonna be chicken curry with mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)
