    Right, hopefully the right group this time lol, I need to set this up and hopefully it will keep me on the straight and narrow

    Thursday - Breakfast -Muller light banana & custard & cuppa tea (used milk from hea)
    Lunch - 2 x red onion & rosemary linda mccartney sausages, gherkins, saurkraut, pickeld onions, baked beans & beetroot with water
    Tea - 2 fish cakes (syn free) served with bbq slimming world wedges & veg with water

    No heb cause I forgot and no syns cause I am trying to be good

    Toady I ahve had muller light yogurt & banana with cup of tea (milk from hea), lunch well that was pickled onions & gherkins as I was busy baking a cake, tea is gonna be chicken curry with mayflower curry sauce (4 syns)

    I need to post what I have eaten in here so gonna try to do this daily

    Thursday 20th March 2014

    Breakfast -none, never have any on weigh in morning
    Lunch - cheese & broccoli pasta made with only water, saurkraut, gherkins, pickled onions & beetroot
    Tea - Meatloaf & smash with carrots & beetroot

    Snacks - curry loaf, bowl of fruit & yogurt

    Drinks - tea, tea, water, diet coke, tea, milk

    Syns - 70 left, none used

    Never had my HEB but had my HEA. Must try harder to have my HEB



    Friday 21st March 2014

    Breakfast - 35g shreddies (HEB) & 125ml s/s milk (HEA) followed by bowl of grapes, chopped banana & muller light strawberry yogurt
    Lunch - 3 linda mcartney sausages, gherkins, beetroot, & 4 fishsticks
    Tea - Chicken curry & rice followed by bowl of fruit & yogurt - this tea was so good I could have eaten it again

    Snacks - curry loaf & beetroot

    Syns - 70 left, Cadburys Little Bar - 5.5 syns (64.5 left), half a chocolate digestive 2.5 syns (62 syns left)

    Drinks - tea, diet coke, tea, tea, diet coke

    Saturday 22nd March 2014

    Breakfast - mushrooms (superfree), scrambled egg made with water, baked beans & 2 linda mcartney red onion & rosemary sausages
    Lunch - slice of curry loaf, 3 fish sticks, gherkins & beetroot (these are both my superfree)
    Tea - oven baked salmon, chinese 5 spice sauce, roasted spuds, peas & carrots (carrots were superfree)

    Snacks -

    Syns - 62 left, 2 x party ring 3 syns (59 left), toffee pop 3.5 syns (55.5 syns left), milky way bar 5 syns (50.5 syns left), rocky biscuits 5.5 syns (45 left), 1 choc chip cookie 2.5 syns (42.5 left)

    Drinks - tea, tea, diet coke, tea, diet coke

    Yet again I never had my HEB but had my HEA, I dont think I can leave my HEB til later in the day I must have it for breakfast so I know I have had it

    Breakfast - 35g porridge oats with 125ml s/s milk
    Lunch - 3 slices of ham, gherkins, beetroot, pickled onions, 4 fish sticks & cucumber
    Tea - sweet honey glaze gammon, roast potatoes with broccoli & cauliflower

    Snacks - banana

    Syns - 42.5 left, bakewell slice 7.5 syns (35 left), 4 x Extremely Chocolatey Mini Bites, Chocolate Rolls 16 syns (19 syns left), party ring 1.5 syns (17.5 left), 2 Extremey Choclatey teacakes 3 syns (14.5 left), 1 choc chip cookie 2.5 syns (12 syns left)

    Drinks - tea, tea, tea, tea, tea, diet coke

    Monday 24th March 2014

    Breakfast - 35g porridge oats (heb) with 125 ml s/s milk (hea)
    Lunch - sainsburys tinned ham (free), tin of baked beans, some beetroot & cucumber followed by bowl of fruit & muller light vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles yogurt
    Tea -

    Snacks - muller light strawberry yogurt

    Syns -

    Drinks - tea, tea, tea
