I'm Catherine 11st 12 and wish to loose 2 stone first goal a stone I thought it would help me doing a food diary x
Hxa milk skimmed less than a pint
Breakfast - two whole meal bread ( hxb ) butter 15g ( 2 syns) jam 10g (2 syns) coffee milk part of my Hxa)
Snack - 2 crackers ( 3 syns)
Lunch- will be home made veg soup free
This my diary so far feel free to comment and any ideas for snacks or tea would be gr8 I'm doing EE xx :)

I have only every done Green so don't know much about EE but know that doing a diary keeps me on the straight and narrow - when I stopped doing mine I went off track and now just started again to get the extra back off.
