    Belles slimmining world diary AGAIN!!

    Hello all,


    I'm back well the last five months have been a rollercoaster I've been on and off plans since starting my job I have found life so hard! But I seriously need to stick to something now as i feel fat and uncomfortable, I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week but I need to sort my diet out so I've dug out my books and I'm back on board!

    Help me!

    I start my set of nights tonight to!

    So this is going to be hard, I forgot to mention over the next two week I may add in the odd slim and save pack as I'm trying to use them up but apart from that I'm sticking to plan!

    Day 1 ee

    Weight 10.3lb so annoyed at myself! I want those 3 gone ASAP!

    Breakfast- banana, 150ml 1%milk, hxb 2 weetabix, 1tsp honey (1.5)

    Lunch- wholemeal pasta, beetroot tuna, onion, sweet corn, roasted peppers (1), lettuce, radish, salad cream (2.5)

    Snacks-cadburys highlight caramel hot choc (2)
    Apple, nectarine, mullerlight

    Just had a snack of two ryvita crunch (5) with mini tub Philly choc (4) topped with banana yum! Ok I've used syns but I had to get energy for my shift

    Dinner-boiled rice, sweet corn, quorn pieces egg

    Syns-15/15

    Will try use ten tomo

    Water- 1ltr at the gym and I will try for another during the night

    Exercise- 30min spinning, 30 min kettlebells
