Hello all,
I'm back well the last five months have been a rollercoaster I've been on and off plans since starting my job I have found life so hard! But I seriously need to stick to something now as i feel fat and uncomfortable, I do go to the gym 3-4 times a week but I need to sort my diet out so I've dug out my books and I'm back on board!
Help me!
