    Hey everyone

    I am sure you are sick to the back teeth of seeing food diaries for me! But basically its been a while from iv posted so thought I would just start a new diary as I am determined that this most definitely will be my last one

    To break it down, I rejoined SW after Christmas and to date I have 11.5lb off, I haven’t gained once since Christmas so I am very happy with that but I think 2nte will change that lol, I have weigh in tonight and am expecting about a 2-3lb gain, basically for the past 2 weeks I have been eating on the go, takeaways, shop bought sandwiches etc as I have been running back and forth to the hospital, my mum was taken into hospital 2 weeks ago, discovered she had a brain tumour, got home again and last tues she was told that she would be goin into surgery the very next day for major brain surgery as you can expect it has been a horrible and terrifying time but my mum is amazin and she came through the surgery, an hour after it she was sittin up talkin away scoffin her face & from them on in has been a model patient (her surgeons words!) she actually got home on Saturday, three days after major brain surgery! With 35 staples in her head and has been goin from strength to strength and is feelin great the nurses cant believe how well her wound is healing! The next hurdle is getting the results from pathology to see if the tumour is malignant or benign the surgeon told mum he had good news morning after surgery and they were able to remove most of it, so hopin that a good sign! Also all her bloods etc and everthing else has been normal so I am hoping and praying it is not cancerous! Sorry for going on a ramble but just wanted to explain it all to my minimims buddies.. my mum is so strong and a fighter so lets hope she is on the mend…

    So weigh in 2nte and whatever the gain may be I am not dwellin on it as I have had a horrible 2 weeks and life just gets in the way sometimes.. a line will be drawn under it and from tomorrow I am going to be angelic (well im going to try hehe)

    Im glad to hear that your mum is ok, it must have been such a scary time. Not a time to be stressing about fitting in your super frees!! But like you said its a new week and that little gain will be gone in no time.

    Hi chic nice to hear from someone oh my lunch was lush could actually eat it again lol aw my mum is a wee star, was actually up at her house on lunch today and the nurse was there removing 17 staples and there wasn’t a peep out of her, the other 17 are being removed 2moro.. had a look at her scar its so big but so neat and healed so well! Just hope the results r good as I am soooooo nervous and mum is terrified but def not a time to be stressing about SW lol im actually glad that it wasn’t more than 2lb as I practically lived on takeaways and junk! But I am back on track now and hopin that it will be gone next week

    Good morning everyone I am soooooo glad its Friday, not that I will be doing very much but still nice to see the weekend, I think most of my weekend will consist of housework for myself and mum and walking my doggie, plenty of body magic

    Today im having an extra easy day...

    Good morning everyone well saturday and sunday are both write offs for me, had far to many syns, but i am ready to start afresh today i an not feelin guilty as sometimes these things happen so i have just drew a line under it weigh in is on wed so im hopin i can maybe pull it back.. On the upside i made a sw chilli & a sw lasagne so they r in the freezer in separate portions, will b good that i can just leave these out to defrost n then heat them up only minor thing is that tonight my wee mummy is makin dinner, but she is making pie, not sw friendly i know but with what she has been thru i am not goin to start dictating sayin that i cant eat it, BUT she is makin me sw chips with it & salad so not tooooo bad...

    So heres my food diary for today

    Just found your diary. Glad your Mum is coping well after her surgery - a friends daughter had a similar op a couple of months ago and had another 2 weeks ago and she can't wait to get back to her demanding job in a few weeks time.
    Except for your last weigh in well done on the losses and sure that expected 2lb will be off soon.

    Just read your diary and I'm glad your mum is recovering well. It is so hard to follow when you have bigger things on your mind, but you seem to be coping really well.

    I love the idea of the smash chicken nuggets. How do you make them?
