Hi all
I am back (for the 100th time)
To those who have never come across me before I have been a stalwart SW fan for years, with sometimes amazing success but generally, I struggle. The reason I struggle with SW is because I cheat! Plain and Simple - the diet (sorry life changing plan!) works, you just have to stick to it, that is something I haven't been successful with.
To those who do know me I hope I still have some friends left on this here wonderful forum.
As my brand spanking new Food Diary suggests, I AM back and I AM bigger than ever. I went on my cruise and gained 7lbs, which wasn't too bad actually considering I ate enough food to almost sink the bloody ship!
Anyhow, I decided to put my old Food Diary to bed, but have linked in for meal ideas, as I did have some good ideas in the good old days

I hope you will be able to help me along the way. I am not giving myself any goals, targets or challenges, I just want to be happy with what I see in photos of myself, I had a mini-breakdown on holiday because I looked so gross in all our formal photos and Mick (BF) looked so handsome. He insisted on buying one photograph, which I am reluctant to even put up in my house. I forget what I look like you see, I am a normal sized girl in a fat suit and I forget I have that fat suit on until I look at myself in a mirror or, worse, in photos.
I am currently in my fat jeans, I have many pairs, in various sizes, these are the biggest and I don't plan to be in them for long!
It starts here, it starts today, so without further ado:
FRIDAY 15TH MARCH
B - late for work, grabbed two satsumas and one banana
L - Salmon Teriyaki from Wasabi. This was really delicious and although I cannot find any nutritional information online, looks very light - I wished I had taken a photo of it now, there was three decent chunks of salmon that looked as though it had been baked, a portion of rice, and various stir fry veg - it was SW friendly in my opinion, the only thing I would say had syns was the tiny amount of teriyaki sauce over the salmon, calling it two tbsps would be too generous, but I will give it that to be safe (3 syns) and maybe the stir fry was cooked in oil but it would be a tiny amount as I could see no oil evidence. Next time I have it I will ask so, again to be safe (2 syns)
After lunch snacks - Yogurt (.05 syns) and fruit salad I prepared last night
D - Chicken, 2 min Mexican Rice (3 syns) with salad and salad cream (2 syn)
SYNS FOR THE WEEK 105
SYNS TODAY: 10.5
SYNS REMAINING: 94.5
My old pals may remember I had a dodgy heel/ankle, which I thought was muscular/tendons. I have since found out it is bio-mechanical, meaning I have a bone problem - I damaged it during intense exercise and it continues to play me up. I am now seeing a Podiatrist and had some x-rays this week. Hopefully it will get sorted soon, but as I haven't been able to do certain exercise (running/cycling/walking/swimming) etc. I used it as a great excuse to do nothing. That stops. I am going to start going to the gym again and do whatever things I CAN do, until this problem is sorted.
Well good luck everyone, I am off to prowl your food diaries for inspiration. ONWARDS AND DOWNWARDS
