*** Sarah's SW Pregnancy Journey ***
Hey all!
So im currently 19 weeks pregnant and have gained a stone. I just want to try and limit the amount of weight I gain so thought I would go back on Slimming World.
I think I will mostly be doing EE with 2 lots of HEXB's and HEXA's as I have heard that it what is recommended when pregnant.
I will be doing this alone from home as I am not able to get to class. Comments, input and general banter is very much welcome!
So, I will kick off with todays eatings...
EE - 19th March 2013
Breakfast - 2 slices of Nimble (B) with 2 hard boiled eggs and EL mayo (1). 1 muller light.
Lunch - Jacket potato, quorn mince, passata, oxo cube, gravy granules (2), Tesco EL garlic and herb soft cheese (1.5) and 28g of cheese (A). 2 Alpen Light bars (B).
Dinner - Chicken breast, green beans and tomato sauce (1)
Snacks - Kitkat (5.5)
Drinks - Water. Tea. 350ml skimmed milk (A)
Total Syns - 11

Green - 20th March 2013
Breakfast - 3 Ryvita multigrain (B) with 5 LCL triangles (A). Muller light.
Lunch - Veggie sushi (2), fresh fruit medley (pineapple, melon, grapes and strawberries) and pasta 'n' sauce (1)
Dinner - Boiled rice, mixed vegetables and 1/2 can of stagg chilli classic (5.5)
Drinks - Water. Tea. Semi-skimmed milk (A)
Snacks - Ryvita minis (B)
Total syns - 8.5
