Yesterday wasn't so good after all

started Ok but like many folks I have a struggle to keep it together at the weekends - weigh in is Monday so I am not sure if a bit of self sabotage isn't in there too!! I really need to work on this - but for now a line is drawn and I have all week to plan for next weekend if you know what I mean .......
So offerings for Sunday (hangs head in shame before I begin!!)
Breakfast
hash browns, egg, tomato, mushrooms, LF sausage (1syn)
Lunch
left over kofta biryani
Dinner
roast chicken, mash, sprouts, broccolo, carrot and peas, gravy (2syns)
and then the rot begins.......
wine - 3 glasses (19.5 syns - oops!!)
bread (HEB) and LF cheese 4 syns
chocolate krispie made by son - ??syny - 4 or 5??
HEB: Bread
HEA: Milk in drinks
TOTAL SYNS= 31.5
My strategy for the week - try with weekly syns rather than daily so I can be more aware anad save them for the weekend, plan meals in advance and stick to plan, make some syn free or low syn snacky food for the evenings (this is the time when I'm most likely to get the nibbles)
