    Lunch:3egg whites

    milk (from Hexa)
    pork seasoning
    bacon fat removed
    onions
    peppers
    Mature cheddar 27g 6 syns

    Dinner: SW beef and vegetable curry
    Brown rice
    sw chips

    snacks :3 tea Milk from allowance
    Toast (hexb)and jam 1 syn
