Hi All i have started slimming world again as of yesterday (20/03/2013)
I started SW for the first time in Jan 2012 12st 6lb and i left in Nov 2012 weighing 10st 9lb, i have now gone back up to 11st 6lb!!!! i don't know why i gave up tbh SW is the best diet byfar and i want to get down to my pre baby weight of 9st 6lb!!
I think a food diary is the way to go!!
Breakfast - chocolate All bran 30g with a splash of milk (hexB and some of HexA)
lunch - jacket potato with 2 extra light laughing cow triangles (rest of HexA), sainsburys hot and spicy chicken breast slices half a packet (0.5 syns), fruit fingers melon and pineapple, mullerlight greek yog (0.5 syns)
snack- apple and one quality street sweet (2syns)
Dinner - slimming world chips, veg and chicken breast baked with a Oh so juciy BBQ bag (4syns)
pudding - birthday cake 25g (5syns) with a cup of tea using a splash of milk (0.5syns)
total syns 12.5 out of 15
