    Trying this again!

    Returning after a few years of doing another diet which i was successful with. Have lost three stone but need to do something different. Have had two green days so far. Would appreciate comments or advice:

    Friday

    28g porridge oats (B)
    Skimmed milk (A)
    1tsp sugar (1)

    Risotto Rice
    Vegetables
    3 crackerbreads (3)

    Homemade onion bhajis
    Stuffed jacket potatoes
    28g cheddar (A)
    Flora light in potatoes (1)

    Warmed banana
    1tsp honey (1)

    2 pagen krisprolls (4)
    Houmous 28g (B)

    Well it looks fine to me but I am another re-tryer. My food diary is not really up to scratch so I am not going to comment on any one else's! However, are you getting enough fruit and veg??? (I know, I am one to talk...) Enough free food?
