Returning after a few years of doing another diet which i was successful with. Have lost three stone but need to do something different. Have had two green days so far. Would appreciate comments or advice:

Well it looks fine to me but I am another re-tryer. My food diary is not really up to scratch so I am not going to comment on any one else's! However, are you getting enough fruit and veg??? (I know, I am one to talk...) Enough free food?

Thanks for the comment hun! Yeah definetly eating lots of vegetables etc just can't be bothered writing it all down x
