Totally not been good this week so ashamed of myself!! Only got 7 weeks till holiday really wanna get as much as possible off. I really need to search for low syn pasta ready meals to take to work with me as I find I go off plan due to being at college all day then rushin to workso will weigh n start fresh tomorrow n try and be more prepared!
