my 3 month goal is to lose 2stone4lbs in 10 weeks on slim&save - the odd 4lb for regain when refeeding, this should take me down to a more comfortable 13st11
i then hope to lose 1lb a week on 5:2 and exercise when ive worked out my calories, would ideally like to get down to 10st6 or thereabouts, quite happy to take the scenic route with losing the last 3-4 stones, would be nice to reach my goal by my 45th birthday april '14 though
