My diary. Start 7/5/13
Hi everyone today is my first day of slimming world plan. I am Ania n I have got 2 stones to lose.
I have made my first day plan. Havent decided the second snack n dinner yet. Hopefully I haven't mixed up something lol
Breakfast:
plain porridge (HEXB) with apple (SF) and cinnamon (F) and 150ml skimmed milk (HEXA)
Snack:
Mullerlight toffee (F) and banana (SF)
Lunch:
Turkey slices (F) and side salad (SF)
Snack:
Dinner:
Ania

so today is my 3rd day on slimming world, i kinda enjoy it, still trying to get my head around it
didnt have any cravings for chocolate so far so my syns went on very weird products i actually wanted (9.5 syns on avocado yesterday and 5 syns on grilled peppers from m&s (cause they were in oil) or today morning i really wanted the fruit n nuts porridge which is 5 syns itself. thats really strange cause i really thought i would spend all my syns daily on chocolate hehehe
feeling really excited about tuesday weight in, my first one i hope the scale moved hehe
