Isabella's shiny new food diary- slimming for summer :)
Hello,
I started Slimming world again on Wednesday. I had lost a stone last year but then left and tried doing Weight watchers at home but managed to put the weight back on and some! I know that slimming world works so here goes!
Extra easy day
Breakfast: Egg on toast (HE-B1)
An orange
Black coffee
Lunch: butternut squash soup (need to work out syns)
Dinner: Roast chicken with vegetables

I weighed in yesterday at group and lost 5.5lbs!
The past week has been really stressful because my gran (who lives with my family) has been critically ill in hospital so I'm glad that I lost weight despite it (I'd normally pig out/comfort eat!).
Today
Breakfast: Hifi bar, activia yoghurt and a banana
Lunch: tbc
Dinner: tbc

I have bad stomach pain so I've only eaten a chocolate bar today. I guess I will just use that for my syns and if I feel up to dinner I'll record what I eat!
