X

Sooo I went back to group and had a big gain after not attending sw for nearly 5 months... Feeling motivated and sat in on new members talk. Tried the soup out of the new lunches book! It was fab! Off home now to plan my meals xx

Thanks, I would like to loose 12lbs then maintain. I WILL do it. Was great to go back to group. The consultant was great! Hows your sw journey going xx

Current target is 9.5 but would like to lower it x

You're similar to me/ I'm 5 ft 4 and weigh 9 st 7 ish and go between this and 10 st. I'd like to just be able to maintain !!

I mainly calorie count but apply SW principles. Err that sounds complicated! It really isn't : )

I'm 5ft 5 & cant wait to get bk to target. A lady got to her target in group tonight! Seeing her face and hearing her whoop brought it all back to me and has made me determined to refocus. My incentive will be buying a new size 8 dress once I reach target and feeling great xx

9 st 5 is perfect for your height - and you'll have those 12lbs off within 5 weeks easy pips if you follow the plan to the letter and watch your carb intake.

I love clothes shopping in size 8! The dress idea is a great incentive

I follow sw extra easy plan. Carbs are FREE! I lost 2.5 stone eating unlimited jackets,sw chips, wedges, pasta and rice! Thats the beauty of the sw plan. Do you go to a group hun? I used to think low carb intake was key to weight loss until I joined sw in 2010. In my first week I deliberately stuffed myself with carbs to prove it couldnt work and I lost 5lbs! If I do red days I can loose weight quicker but its not sustainable for me as I really love pasta and potatoes xx

Wednesday 22nd May 2013

I was originally going to start back on plan (officially) tomorrow but realised if I was going to do this I needed to start as I meant to go on.

So have actually had a great day on plan.

Breakfast:
Omelette and spaghetti

Lunch:
Ham salad roll with mayo (2)

Snack:
Hoops and crosses crisps (4)

Dinner:

Salmon fillet,sw chips and steamed veg with ketchup (1)

Snack:
Vanilla muller light yoghurt

Total syns:
7

I am feeling super motivated! Going to plan my meals and use up the food I have left then do online shopping at the weekend xx

I do it on my own and log on here to keep motivated. It's sometimes harder when you are either trying to maintain or just lose a few pounds isn't it ?

I'm too scared to over do it on the carbs! Do you really lose weight / maintain eating as many as you like?

Yep! I don't eat 10 potatoes a day or anything like that but eat the normal amounts to satisfy me. Going out for an indian meal on Sat so will save my syns for that. Going to have around 5 per day.

I maintained for 2 years and it was about sticking to plan-counting and measuring syns and healthy extras and what helps me most is staying to group. X

Green
Breakfast:
Pineapple and mullerlight yoghurt

Lunch:
Pasta and sauce (cheese and broccoli) with a large salad

Dinner:
Jacket potatoe, beans and sweetcorn

Snacks:
Bannana, hifi bar x2 (he b x2)
Maltesers (9.5)

I had a great day! Really enjoyed my green day. Made extra effort to drink more water and chose not to eat the lovely cakes on offer at my evening course! I got to the end of the day and realised I hadn't had any HeB's or syns! Suprised myself at how focused I have been! Xx
