Today was day 1. It was easy but hard at the same time. Shopping day so I awoke to no milk for brekkie so skipped breakfast. Had weetabix fat free nat yogurt & banana which was awful and fed to the dogs. Having to take so many pills I had an apple to keep me from turning sick then cod in cheese n chive sauce which I believe is 5 syns with veggies and pasta and a blob of margarine (tut tut) so I didnt each much in all today but around 7 syns used of ny 10. Now.... what to have for brekkie tomorrow??? Tips anyone? Xx lol
 
Day 2, heb weetabix with whole milk (3syns I think) & banana hea milk for tea. Wafer think chicken with salad & fruit. Sausage mash and beans and honeydew melon. Not a bad day used about 5syns :) xx
 
I am back.... This time with a vengence!

Todays food diary
HEXA Skimmed Milk
HEXB Quaker Multigrain Honey Porridge.

SW Chips, Mini Quiches (Well no not really i whisked some egg and added last of the Cottage cheese in) and peas
Muller Light (Orange)
Syns
1 slice of Warburtons white loaf 5

Jam 1/2Syn

Total Syns 6.5 Syns out of a goal of 10 a day
 
Bad day today pain levels were high and a nasty fever. I had HEXA milk and HEXB porridge

Salad with chicken and a squirt of salad cream
A choc brioche and a jam doughnut (so naughty but needed a sweet fix and some comfort)

Not even thinking about Syns!! Lol

Dinner I am hoping to make Free Spag Bol with more fruit and veg and SW chips as I hav no pasta and CBA to go shops LOL :p

So have used all 10 syns so no goodies for me today! Need to get motivated for brekkie ideas!

Not having a good week so not tracked food. Will recommence tomorrow weigh in later just get it over and done with and back on it tomorrow. 2 weeks with my step sons plus easter is going to prove difficult but i am fairly motivated. Going to batch cook some meals this week and now have a bigger fridge for all my fruit and veggies.

Once again yesterday was a bit of a right off so not even tracking! I was travelling for 9 hours and I tried to be good but ended up bad!

Full Fat Bacon sandwich to end my day has caused a nasty IBS flare up to day. Bad food choices make for a bad tummy the following day!

So on to today!

I made Quorn Fillets and made up a passata sauce with new potatos and green beans plus veg in my sauce.

Garlic and herb chips, scrambled eggs and spagetti dinner.

Today=Weigh in day

Lunch will be a salad I suspect maybe a sandwich as still have HEXB then it is my treat night so chinese take away when i get home tonight (Naughty but I get back so late cooking is last thing on my mind)

I am expecting a gain my scales say I have gained. Which is cruel as I have really pulled my finger out since Friday. 1 bad day has killed this week weight loss :(
Though I feel slimmer and I am fitting into clothes and have clothes falling off me so maybe I lost inches instead of lbs. Who knows!

Had my first gain last night. half a lb on. Was kinda expecting it but still got me thinking.

That half plus at least another 1 has to be off next week!

Brekkie was HEXB Oats (Quaker Multi Grain)
HEXA today is milk

Possibly McDs for lunch so will stick to a grilled chicken salad yumyum!
Sausage, chips and veg most likely for dinner.

Fruit snacks throughout the day

Got up late (Ahhh lovely lay in) so skipped lunch but snacked on a jam sarnie (Oh NOey)

Roast chicken cooked, will be having my own alternative sunday roast.
Chicken, chips and a pasta salad.

Smells yummy too! x
 
Terrible week! Have given up food tracking because quite frankly i cannt keep track of what has been eaten! Temptation all around me! Crisps, Sweets, Chocolate! Take aways, McDonalds! The whole Shebang! Al sitting there begging me to eat!

Start again Friday!
