Hiya. I joined class last Wednesday and think I have been doing ok. So I thought if I had a page for my food diary if I'm going wrong someone could tell me. If I'm doing ok and if I need to tweak a little.
So this morning I have had
HE a weetabix and HE b 250 ml of milk. With a kiwi.

I always use my app. My phone is so much quicker than the lap top.
For lunch.
Salad with tuna and sweetcorn and I tbsp of extra light mayo.

Tea time.
Salad with chicken breast wrapped in bacon (no fat on bacon)
3 extra light laughing cow
1 light lemon alpen bar
For later strawberries. Fat free yog and 2 mini meriange

How did I do ??

Breakfast done.
Weetabix (HE a) and 250ml semi milk (HE b) with banana on the top.
Time for all my jobs that need doing. !!

Haven't had time to eat today other than breakfast.
Grabbed a sugar free ice pop before coming to collect my daughters from school. Then back to start again lol.

When is your weigh in day?
We managed to walk nearly 18 miles this week. So that might of helped to.
Got a busy week ahead so not as much body magic but still sticking to plan.

Breakfast (after weigh in)
Weetabix and banana and 250 MLS of semi milk

My weigh day is friday im a little worried about it but I have been for a run.

Had a lovely dinner with my husband before he went to work. We had steak (no fat) sw chips, Brussels,and green beans
Yum yum yum
Not hungry at all tonight so had just an alpen light bar. 2 laughing extra light triangles. And 4 melba toasts.
That's me for today !

Hiya everyone.!
Normal breakfast today
2 weetabix,250ml of semi milk and a banana.
Lunch pasta tuna,mixed salad and 1 tbsp of extra light mayo.

Had a lovely tea. Chicken breast. With piri piri spice, green beans,brocelli. And sw wedges.
Was lovely !!

Breakfast as normal weetabix, 250 ml milk and a banana,
Lunch time
Jacket potato with baked beans and marmite.
Light alpen bar 3 syns
Tea time. . . Let you know !

I made the paella that was in the sw mag for tea. Very tasty but not like you get on holiday lol.

Also had Muller light Greek yog (lemon) two extra light laughing cows.

Tomo I am out all day so have already prepared dinner
So breakfast will be same as normal.
Dinner is pasta with tuna,cucumber,toms,peppers,onion and extra light mayo. . Grapes and apple and plenty of water.

Breakfast as normal

2 go ahead crispy slices (6 syns)
With a nice lovely cup of black coffee.
