So thought it best to keep my own diary as it seems the way forward :D

Monday 17th June 2013
Breakfast - Banana, pear, plum & coffee with splash milk (part of HEX A)
Lunch - Chicken mug shot & can diet coke.
Dinner - Cous cous, pork, peppers & SW chips.
Snacks - 2 x Coffee with splash milk (part of HEX A), 2 x Ryvita (HEX B) with turkey.

Tuesday 18th June 2013

Breakfast - Banana, apple & green tea.
Lunch - Cous cous, can coke zero.
Dinner - Beef, peppers, carrot, onion, rice, SW potato cubes.
Snacks - 3 x green tea, can diet coke, coffee, Special K S+V crisps (4.5 syns), 2x Ryvita with tuna (1 tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn).
Syns - 5.5

Breakfast - Banana, pear, coffee with splash of milk (part of HEX A).
Lunch - Chicken noodle mug shot, can diet coke.
Dinner - Pork curry (1/2 can tomato, passata, garlic, onion, pepper, potato, carrot), cous cous. Can diet coke.
Snacks - 3x green tea, 1x ryvita (HEX B) with banana.

Breakfast - Banana, 2x carrots, coffee with splash milk (HEX A).
Lunch - Cous cous, can diet coke.
Dinner - Baked potato with beans with side salad (lettuce, cucumber, scallion, sweetcorn, carrot) with tuna (mixed with 1 tbsp extra light mayo 1 syn), can diet coke.
Snacks - Apple, 2x green tea & 2x eggy bread (HEX B).
Syns - 1.

Lunch - Chicken noodle mug shot, can diet coke.
Dinner - Chicken, egg, rice, brocolli, cauliflour, carrot, onion with can diet coke.
Snacks - 2x green tea, 1 tea (splash milk 1 syn), bacon + cheese toastie (HEX A & B) & tesco value S+V sticks crisps (5 syns).

Saturday 22nd June 2013.

Breakfast - bacon, 2 eggs and 2 toast (HEX B), coffee with splash milk (HEX A).
Lunch - pasta with 1 frankfurter (5 syns).
Dinner - rice, chicken, peppers, onion, garlic, SW chips, can diet coke.
Snacks - Banana with muller light toffee yougart, 2x satsumas, apple, grapes, 2x Weight Watcher choc cookies (4.5 syns), coffee with splash milk (HEX A), green tea.
Syn - 9.5

Sunday 23rd June 2013.

Breakfast - Banana and muller light vanilla with sprinkled dark choc and coffee with splash of milk (HEX A).
Lunch - none.
Dinner - Chicken in soy sauce with garlic, potato cube with bacon and garlic, mash potato (made with natural yougart), brocolli, cauliflour, carrot and sweetcorn. Can of diet coke.
Snacks - Orange, apple, grape, WW cookies (4.5 syns), coffee with milk (HEX A), tea with milk (HEX A), green tea.

Breakfast - 2x coffees with splash milk (HEX A).
Lunch - Tomato mug shot, orange, grapes & bottle diet coke.
Dinner - Beef, carrot, peas, onion with syn free gravy, chips & diet orange.
Snacks - apple, 2x green tea, water with slices of orange and lemon
Syns - 0.
 
Tuesday 25th June 2013.

Breakfast - Green tea and banana.
Lunch - Cup a noodle mild curry, apple and coke zero.
Dinner - Chicken, bacon, cheese (HEX A), chips and loads of beans with diet orange.
Snacks -2 x coffees 150ml skimmed milk (3 syns), cheeky wine (Black Tower B 250ml 6 syns).

Def not a great day but had rubbish day at work! Must do better tomorrow.
 
Monday 5th January 2015

Breakfast - coffee 30ml milk (HEX A) and banana
Lunch - Homemade Vegetable Soup and coke zero
Dinner - Beef Casserole (Beef stock cube, carrots, onion, broccoli, garlic, shallots and beef) with cous cous with sugar free dilutant
Snacks - x3 coffees with 30ml milk each (HEX A), Chicken and cheese (Low Low 20g sluce 2 syns) toasty (x2 Brennans Nimble Wholemeal HEX b)
