Hi !!!!!


So I've been on mini mins for a few years now started sw when I had my little girl who's now 3!!
Started slimming world at 11"7
Currently at 10.4.5 lbs
Have been up and down for the last year or so and now I really want to get sorted my lowest weigh was 8"13 but have now creeped back up !! All the 3 years I have been going to slimming world never given up rarely missed class I managed to get to 8"13 within a year but then I had to go back to work and work is where my problem is I work 2 days a week 2 x 12 hour shifts and have a 2 hour commute on top off that !!!
So my days are long and horrible but I love my job !!! I'm also surrounded by food all day I always fetch a bag full off food to work but its hard as sometimes I'm doing food the night before and don't fancy it the next days you know ??

Anyways my kick up the bum came on Wednesday when I went to class and got weighed and gained 1.5 lbs and am exactly back at my starting weight that I was when I joined this sw class a year ago !! Now I love my class I'm on the social committee my sw consultant is wonderful and class is fab and I feel like I'm letting her down as well as myself !!
Now I have a dream holiday in 11 weeks 11 weeks on Tuesday to be exact to Disneyland Florida 16 days off fun with my family !!
I can't wait my target is 8"13 when I got there a few years ago I wasn't happy then and had set my target at 8"7 and really that's not realistic i look at the piccys off me at 8"13 and I look fab!!!
Now I be that it might not be achievable in 11 weeks but I'm 30 next April and want to be there for that !!!

Will be posting my food diary and piccys (I'm lucky my hubby is an ex chef so always cooking up yummy stuff)

Hope you will join me along for the ride :)

Hiya hun! I've found you! :D I love the picture of Sophie, it reminds me of going fruit picking every year and we'd all eat so many in the fields that we'd be feeling slightly sick before we left, lol! Xx

Yeah we used to go as kids !!!!
Make ourselves sick from eating too many yummy !!!! Best part off picking fruit is eating too many !!! Hehe x

Hubby is cooking when I get home not sure what yet !!!

Special K delight bar (heb)

Prob get more fruit just so I'm not tempted to eat junk on the way home !!!
