I have decided to start a diary here.
I'm hoping that it will give me a bit more of an incentive to stick to plan as I have been messing about for far too long now.
I have been following SW on and off for about 25 years (!) so I know what to do..... but sometimes its more about just actually getting on and doing it!
I love green days but they don't like me! I can have some good losses on red but I'm always hankering after carbs and sometimes HE B's carbs just aren't enough to fill that void on a red day! EE doesn't really do it for me, but maybe that's because I'm old school and prefer straight forward red or green.
However, having said that, this time, I am going to do a mixture of all 3 plans in an effort for it to fit in with me and whatever I may be doing/feeling on a certain day.
I have just joined online (again) as I can't always make group due to shifts and I am feeling empowered now I have access to the syns calculator again!! lol
I may even add some pics here and there.......
So here goes!
