5lb loss this week, which is brilliant and has made me happy.
Done my meal planning for the week this morning so that's great too.
Today I got up late so I've had brunch while I've been working on the planning (2 poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and HEB toast).
Got a Sheffield trip planned this week and a date so those are the tricky points. We'll see how we go. Having ham, new potatoes and veg for din dins but gotta go and get some more fruit as I'm out.
