Hi all...so this is my food diary. I have basically got 3 months till my graduation and I need to lose 2 stone by then...or at least as much as I can.
I will be mainly doing green days.
Monday 28th July
B. 40g All Bran, 5 cherries, skimmed milk, cup of tea, glass slimline tonic.
Any help or encouragement gratefully received!
Lunch. Salad with boiled pots and HEA reduced fat cheese.
D. Pasta and pesto. Weight watchers yoghurt.
