Pebbles food diary - I CAN AND WILL DO IT!

Hi all!
so I'm new here and new to SW, I posted a thread a few days ago asking if your food diaries really do help you out and everyone who posted said yes, so as of today I am posting my food diary online!

I know every now and then I will fall off the wagon every now and then, we would be lying if we said we didn't. Now I have no time frame in which I would like to lose my weight, but I want it to happen. I have a VERY busy social life, I'm not going to lie I spend most weekends at the pub or round a friends house BBQing and I will be trying to make the best choices I can buy there is NO WAY I am going to eat an apple while everyone is munching on a Chinese! I am going to be 100% honest on my diary and just hope I don't let anyone down or disappoint anyone.

the way I look at it is "YOLO" I don't have a lot to lose or a time frame like I said, I want to enjoy my weekends and enjoy this time as me and my other half are currently saving to buy a house and trying for a baby. And as excited I am to have this new start to my life I want to enjoy the time we have together at the moment as we will never be alone again!

i do hope I haven't offended anyone, I am a great listener so please come on in and join me on my weight loss journey! :)
 
Hi everyone! So yesterday didn't go as well as planned unfortunately, but fortunately that was because the OH did me dinner for when I got home from work (which is a very irregular occurance) so I wasn't about to complain!

B - 1 x ww white bread (3 1/2) with a poached egg, ketchup (3) and banana

L - 2 x whole meal bread (HEx b & 1.5syns) Chicken, Lettuce, Cucumber, lighter than light mayo (1),
Pepsi max

S - diet coke, alpen light bar (3)

D - BBQ ribs (6 - could not find syns so am using syns from a Chinese then deducting a few as they were very very small and I only put a dribble of sauce over them) sw chips and corn on the cob

Iv been doing it since June ... I struggle with weight loss because of my health conditions so loose very slowly compared to most ppl ... I love the plan tho - I never feel hungry & you could live off this plan for a healthy lifestyle! Do you have much too loose? X
 
Oh I see. I want to lose about 1st ideally but I'd be happy with 1/2. How about you? Xx

Evening diary, so today has been better than yesterday. Not by much though! I'd just love to be able to live off minimal syns per day but I just can't do it!


So here's my foods for today, I am hoping I will not feel the need to eat later on tonight but if I do I will have a 0% fat activia yogurt

B - small bowl of shreddies (HEx b) semi skimmed milk (HEx a) strawberries and a banana

S - alpen light (3) diet coke

L - 2 x ww bread (7.5 syns) 2 x lean bacon fat removed, egg and ketchup (2)
Apple

D - chicken breast, mashed potato, swede, sweet corn, sweet potato cubes, gravy (1)

HEx a - semi skimmed milk
HEx b - shreddies

13.5/15 syns

I probably could if I really put my head into it, but I enjoy going out and having a drink at the weekends, I do drink vodka and diet coke now in stead of wine so there's a start lol. But I'd just sit at home bored out my brain otherwise and I have such a stressful job and stressful mother in law (she is my manager too!) it's just nice to let my hair down and keep me sane lol.

When I was on ww my leader told me that the slower it comes off the better as it is more likely to stay off. I used to get very upset when I would only a have a small loss x

I need a drink every day! Good job I don't give in lol. Oh believe me you have no idea! At work they all say they don't know how I do it! Neither do I! It's a wonder I haven't done one yet cos of all the grief I get. Just can't wait to be out of the house, it should help a bit... I hope! Lol.

Evening everyone!

Today I had planned on having sw chips with salad and ham but OH decided to get himself cod and cod and chips, he left a very very small amount of cod so I bunged that in the microwave and did some sw chips. I researched and found out that a small piece of cod is 10 syns and this was a lot lot smaller than a small piece so I've decided on 6 (would probably be less but just to be on the safe side)

I have been worrying about how I'm coping with my syns the last few days and someone told me to try the flexi syns, so I'm going to do that! Then I can be naughty when I want a treat and be extra good on other days!

I popped round my nan and granddads this afternoon to see them and jumped on the scales.....

Which is better than I had thought - considering I had a naughty weekend and I was wearing jeans I'm happy with that!

B - lean bacon, egg, baked beans, ww bread (3.5), ketchup (2) and an apple

i wouldnt like to comment as my weight loss is so slow ... maybe do a search on here and see if its been asked - i bet it has!! :D

AW Bless ya! work work work ...... i have a fast pace job and today was extra stressful, so my IBS kicked off (stress brings it on) and i had to be fast pace with stomach cramps, not nice ..... nothing a few brews & my pjs didnt fix tho ;) x x x
