Hey you lovely lot,
Well it appears this would be my 756th food diary (or thereabouts) but it is now 6 months until I move to Florida for a year and therefore it is time to get back in the 8s!
I've been pretty crap with staying on plan of late, mainly due to social occasions but in saying that I could try harder.

My plan of attack

  1. To post what I eat every day-no matter how horrendous.
  2. To not feel guilty if I have a night out and over indulge but to simply get back on track.
  3. To stay under 10 syns per day as more than that does not work.
  4. To do at least 2 EE days per week.
  5. To control my portion sizes much better

Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
Is to berate me if I faff about.

I have one night out coming up and I'm trying to stay in a lot at the moment due to saving pennies anyway which could be good (though I may die of boredom)

My weigh in is going to be Sunday morning as always.

Well I've woken up and I'm feeling really positive :)
A dress I ordered from ASOS arrived this morning and it fits, and I love it :) Can't wait to wear it next Saturday.

Friday 2nd August
The plan of attack-Extra Easy

Breakfast
Pineapple, apple, banana and a muller light.

Lunch
Shreddies and milk (A and B)
I probably haven't eaten shreddies in over a month, very strange for me.

Dinner
Chicken stir fry-noodles, chicken, soy sauce, mushrooms, onions, peppers and sweetcorn.

Snack
Apple

Syns-I haven't decided on what to have yet but I will definitely sneak some in somewhere.

I'm also on day 3 of a squat challenge I found online so I will be doing
70 squats-done
30 sit ups -done
and 20 kneeling push ups (providing I haven't gone in to cardiac arrest by that point)-done

hey Jenna! I saw your blog in your signature about your new adventure, wow how exciting! I'm back on the bandwagon too, as of Thursday! Your like me with the late breakfast, life of a teacher on summer hols eh?

Looking forward to your diary, you'll get all that support you ask for here :)
 
yeah we need to keep on this good optimistic buzz! Well my hols just started really, finished work on 24th July, silly England and its short summer hols :(

Ah how exciting to be going to Florida though, what an amazing thing to do, I didn't even know a programme like it existed.
 
Oh yeh I forgot English hols were different, you start back in September don't you? I'm end of August *sobs*
Yeh, it's a brill programme, a few friends of mine have done it and the chances they got to travel round the states during and after their programme have me sooo excited.

Morning,
Slightly disheartened this morning, scales wise, not food wise. They're still not moving. Whilst I've only posted here once I have been on plan for 6 days or so now so I thought I would've seen a little half pound.
Not going to let it send me off track though. I will get them moving :)

Saturday 3rd August-Green Day
Breakfast
Pineapple, apple, banana and muller light.

Lunch
Baked potato and beans (going out with a friend so will syn at 3 just incase of any oil) A1 of cheese (bringing my own)

Dinner
Atm I'm thinking nothing too big if I'm having a baked potato for lunch.
2 x LM red onion and rosemary sausages, 2 syns of tomato ketchup and 2 slices of wholemeal bread (B1 and B2...going to use a larger loaf)

Total syns: 5
Not much sf going on I'm afraid but I always struggle with it on a green day. May add mushrooms to my dinner if necessary. Weigh in tomorrow, not looking forward to it but in more positive news I'm going shopping this afternoon and I think I'm going to treat myself to a good set of hair extensions (clip in) as I got a nice little tax rebate last week :)

Every little half a pound mounts up Jenna, so never diss those little suckers! If it was half a pound on you would be cursing lol!
When do you go to Florida and how much do you want to lose? Are you aiming for 8.11 or 8.7? What did you weigh when you were on The Chase, cos you looked fabulous then x

I don't go until January (haven't been given my specific date yet) I'm thinking I wanna be 8st9-8st11. I was 8st 13 on the chase ... How sad is that that I remember lol!!
You're right that off is better than on, guess I'd just hoped for more as it was my first decent week in ages! Never mind, here's to next week :)

So if you aim for about 3lb a month you should be at target by then. You know you can do it, so just keep focused and before you know it those pesky pounds will melt away!
