Scrimp don't Snack! - Advice and Comments Needed!
I'm 18, obese and on my way to a cheap healthy lifestyle! - Starting Weight: 15st 4lb
As a student - I am skint, constantly :sigh:. Therefore I need a cheap diet to stick with. ;)
:confused::confused::confused:Few questions:confused::confused::confused:My routine
What cheap meals are great to make?
Whats the cheapest super market to buy healthy foods?
Organic Vs Frozen food?
I am following the Slimmers World diet, but not a member of the group! I have the booklet from previous membership, I will be writing a food journal daily and doing regular light exercise. My body repels exercise :rolleyes: - but seriously I'm no fitness guru, so I will have to take exercise cautiously to not do myself damage! I am doing a two week mile run challenge, aiming to be able to jog a mile non stop within two weeks, and then keep at it every half a mile more each two weeks. Hopefully one day I could run a marathonI live in York and we have the Race course and so I can measure distance by following furlongs :p
Healthy foods are expensive, fresh fruit and vegetables are expensive and so diet = expensive. I am going to try prove this wrong!
My first idea is to design a menu and choose the foods I need and make sure I don't buy in excess or so they will expire before I eat them!
