I get married 8 weeks on Saturday and I need to lose 7lbs. Piece of p*ss so I thought!
Been doing slimming world for 2 weeks and have lost grand total of 0.5lb in the first week and STS at weigh in tonight. In my first week I did follow plan as best I could but had a couple of dinners that were already planned and also 2 days at a music festival so was pleased to lose 0.5lb. My second week I have however been positively saintly. Gutted at the result.
I'm going to post my food diary this week and any pointers would be gratefully received:-
X2 weetabix (heb), mixed berries and 125ml s/s milk (hea).
Ham, 2 boiled eggs, salad, beetroot and pickle.
Marinaded pork stir fried with broccoli, courgette, carrots and rice.
Muller yog and banana. Babybel light (hea).
x2 Pom bear (9syns), fun size mars (4syns).
Today I am having:-
x2 weetabix (heb), mixed berries and 125ml s/s milk (hea)
Tuna, mayo (1.5syns), sweetcorn, salad and baked potato
Pasta carbonara (bacon, onion, quark, egg), 20g red fat cheddar (hea)
Banana, muller yoghurt, fun size mars (4syns).
Hi there, sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your total loss so far. I've found that sometimes when you've had a full, on-plan week, it doesn't show up until the following WI. Not sure why, but maybe that's what is happening here. It looks like you're sticking with it though and that's great, I'm sure it will come good for you if you continue to follow the plan. I'm certainly no expert but I have been been doing SW since November and, to me, your food looks great.

Thanks Bev, fingers crossed that's the case! I've signed up for 6 weeks so will def give it my best. If all else fails I'll be on a juice diet last 2 weeks haha!

Spanish omelette type thing (eggs, potato, broccoli, asparagus, bit shredded chicken), 20g red fat cheddar (hea) with mixed salad
x2 roast chicken thigh, graze box flapjack (4syns), asda caramel bite (5syns), banana
Today's food will be:-
x2 weetabix (heb), 125ml ss milk (hea), fruit
Sweet and sour mug shot
Leftover omelette/ frittata thing, x3 chicken thigh meat
Muller yoghurt, graze box flap jack (4syns), caramel bite (5syns)
x2 whole meal bread (heb), 20g red fat cheddar (hea), eggs, bacon and mushrooms
Champagne high tea and far too many vodkas.....
x2 whole meal bread (heb), x2 laughing cow (hea), ham and tomato
Tuna mayo sandwich (13 syns), pom bear (4.5 syns), Freddo (5 syns)
Chicken and chickpea Dahl, rice, broccoli and asparagus
Banana, muller yoghurt, Special K crisps (5syns)
x2 weetabix (heb), 125ml skimmed milk (hea), banana
Leftover chicken chickpea Dahl and rice
Frittata (bacon, eggs, broccoli) 20g red fat cheddar (hea)
Muller yoghurt, graze box (5.5syns), caramel bite (5syns)
Weigh in tonight in less than an hour.... my scales at home have not budged....

Leftover frittata, mixed salad
Haigs lean sausages and mixed bean casserole type thing. Rice or cous cous plus mixed salad
Muller yoghurt, banana, caramel bite (5syns), crunchy curls (3.5 syns)

I lost 1lb!! Really pleased. Just need to keep it up for next 6 weeks lol!

That's great, I'm really pleased for you. Not so good for me, it was 0.5lb on. Hopefully I'll get that off next week though plus a bit extra!

Aah 0.5lb is easy to deal with, you'll sort that no problem. Feel like my throat has been cut today and no reason for it...
