Hi all, I am back after faffing about with different diets in and off for a year I've decided to come back here as I know it works! I only stopped because I plateaued for months and got bored! Then I started my new job ten months ago and put a stone back on because of the shift work I'm eating at odd times and being unorganised but I have to make a big change now. I will be starting officially on Monday as I am on nights until then and I'm trying to get my head around the books and things again, i want to try and do mostly red days so I would love so ideas and support from you all, I'm going to need it!

I have a Christmas staff do on 5th December so that's my aim for half a stone at least, but my goal is to drop a stone maybe more I haven't weighed myself in three weeks as my scales are broken so, I am awaiting my new ones so I will have my official weight then.......oh no...

Please feel free to come say hi I am doing this from home so will need you guys!

Hi :) I'm a new starter too :) I'm officially starting tomorrow! I'm also interested in red days because a lot of people seem to lose more on red

How much would you like to lose?

xoxo

Hi, good we can do it together as I'm not quite sure of meal ideas for red I'm such a carb girl! Well I won't know until I weigh myself but it is roughly about a stone

Tutti frutti :), lots of pineapple and mango with muller light coconut all free and ss

L- sticky gammon and egg noodles 1 syn for the hunny (serve 4)

Ingredients

2 red chillies, deseeded and finely sliced
Finely grated zest and juice of an orange
1 level tbsp of runny honey
100 ml of chicken stock
2 tbsp dark soy sauce

Method

1 - Cook the noodles according to packet instructions

2 - Sprinkle the 5-spice powder over the gammon pieces.

3 - Put a few sprays of frylite into a wok or large frying pan.

4 - Cook the gammon over a high heat for around 2-3 minutes until the edges are slighty browned.

5 - Add the soy sauce, honey, red chillies, orange zest and juice and stock and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until the sauce becomes sticky and the gammon is glazed and golden (with slightly burned edges if you like that sort of thing).

6 - Serve straight away with pak choi and cooked egg noodles, and any pan juices poured over.

Hey missy! Here to sub after the chewy delight query in Ellebear's thread - they're delicious aren't they?!

I tended to go through a phase of red days for quite a while so feel free to have a look at my thread for some ideas!
We are exactly the same height and around the same weight too :)

Well I don't have an official weight as I can't weigh myself due to no scales I did have a weigh on some broken scales and they said 11st! But I don't know if they are correct so I need to get myself weighed at the gym tomo. Yes I want to do some red days I'm just easing myself back in

Yay another here to subscribe, good luck I'm sure you'll get more than 1/5 stone off for your Christmas do;)

I would like a few pounds off for my fiancés 30th to that's 31st August but I am such a slow loser! We're see, ill update my weight tomo if there are scales at the gym I'm sure there must be!

Tuesday day 2 extra easy (I will be out for lunch)

I know I've only done one day but I'm feeling better already.. I didn't manage to weigh at the gym as I was running late and isn't want to weigh after my class but I've ordered some scales and they should be here by latest Friday so I will have a proper weigh then.

B- all bran chocolate crunch 30g (hxb), 100ml 1% milk1/2 hxa), followed by a banana

L- crab salad with a few new potatoes (2syns) for a tiny bit of vinagarette , and watched my friends tuck into the nicest pieces of cake it's a little cake shop and everyone drools at the sote of these cakes, but I had two small scoops of vanilla ice cream instead (5syns), it was hard but I'm glad and it's still a little treat !

D- five bean quorn chilli with wholemeal rice and a smudge of cheese to make up for my hxa
Followed by strawberries and mullerlight

S- fruit 1 oaty cookie (4)

OATY COOKIES - I doubles the recipie and made 6 bigger ones so they are 4syns each if not using oats as hxb

5 Syns for all the cookies, if using the oats as your HEX

1 large ripe banana
35g quick-cook porridge oats

Spray a baking tray with Frylight or line with non-stick baking paper.
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. If you're following the plan to the letter, this is where the 5 Syns come in - still can't get my head round that really!
Mix in the porridge oats (and some sweetener, if you like things a bit sweeter) and blob onto the baking tray. Sometimes I add some cinnamon at this point.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C/gas mk. 4 on the middle shelf for approx. 15 mins.

Syns 11/15

Exercise: 1 hour body pump, 20 min bike ride
