I joined the gym at the beginning of the month but then my car broke ? however i now have a new car, thanks to my lovely boyfriend and wanna do 2 days a week till ill lost 1 stone then will up it

Lunch - egg salad with pesto 2syns, 3babybels (A) ryvita (B)
Holls do you know is chewy delights are a hxb and also ww wraps? Or the syn value for them?
yes 1 chewy delights are and ww wraps are 5.5 on all plans
