I get married February 14th 2014 and my dress is due in first week of January. Right now im a size 16 and desperately hope to be a 12 on my big day. Although I'd like to eventually achieve 3st loss to achieve pre-pregnancy weight.
First day today. Im going it alone at home for the minute until I decide what to do. So id really appreciate any input if things have changed and im doing it wrong!
6:30am- leave for work- bowl of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries.
8:15 breakfast- 2weetabix and milk. HEA&HEB
L- homemade curry (1/3 SF in sauce) With brown rice - 3 syns for my portion.
D- Salmon on mixed salad and corn on the cob, maybe some new potatoes.
I have two clementines and an apple in my bag for snacks and lots of water.
