My Daily Diary and Trackers
So, I started Tuesday and after Bank Holiday, and am going to use Friday as weigh day, so i'll be weighing tomorrow. Technically it's only day 3 but it'll give me an idea of where I'm at!
Anyway I'm going to track on here daily so I have something to look back on if I have a bad week!
HE A - 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HE B - 3 Ryvita Sesame
Breakfast - Banana (Superfree)
Lunch - Very Low fat cottage cheese (free), Ham (Free), Tomatoes and Peppers (Superfree)
Dinner - Chilli con carne made with less than 12% fat Steak Mince (4 Syns for 200g but won't have had this much!) Rice, (Free) and Salad (Superfree) with Sweetcorn (Free).
Need to try and drink water!
