Sorry if post in wrong area...Just wondered if anyone has their tea later at night and if it affects their weight loss. I like to wait for my husband to get in and get showered from work to eat with him but usually means I'm not eating until 7/8pm. The usual rule was not to eat carbs that late...or doesn't it really matter if sticking to SW plan.
Scientists have shown no matter what plan you follow what time you eat is irrelevant . I always eat at that time too x
Thanks, it's also nice to get kids to bed before eating too then not getting harassed! less chance of night time nibbled too I guess if eat later.
