Extra Easy: Fresh Start!

Today I have given myself a kick up the bum and started my weightloss journey which I will succeed at! For breakfast I had bacon, 1 fried egg in fry light and a banana. I will post again this evening. :) Feels good!
 
For lunch I had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, HEA Mozarella, ham and savoury rice. For dinner I had chicken wrapped in bacon with 1/2 babybel light inside, veg and garlic potatoes done in actifry with a homemade bbq sauce. It was delicious. Very sweet tooth today n had a few freddo's (5syns) but also had meringue (2.5syns) with strawberry shape yogurt, raspberries and melon. Over my syns but eating healthier and feeling more positive. On the right track :)
 
Best of luck with Slimming World, I am doing it also but still new to it, seems like a fantastic diet.

I've been back on SW for 1 week (have done before), hoping I can lose a lot of weight!!
 
Starting again today! I'm going to join a group this time as I couldn't stay motivated doing it online last time and ended up weighing more than my original start weight! I'm moving house in the next few weeks, so I'm going to wait to join group until I've moved so I'm doing it as best as I can from memory up until then.
Today so far:

Breakfast:

Toasted Warburton Wholemeal thin (toasted with flora extra light) - 6 syns?

Lunch:

Reduced fat burger (4 syns I believe), wholemeal roll (Hex B), low low cheese slice (Hex A), Gherkin (free?), Burger sauce (3 syns), SW chips and peas.

Snacks:

Grapes

Total so far 13 syns

Planning on doing a pasta dish with bacon, passata and veg later and a greek muller for dessert giving me a total of 13.5 syns for the day

Breakfast today was branflakes *(HEB) with hot water, melon and raspberries. I had a shape strawberry yogurt at 11.30am and i will be having savoury rice, chicken, peas and a nectarine for lunch. I'll be back later to report my dinner :)
 
Had a busy night last night. I had a baked potato with scrambled egg, onion, pepper and 2 linda mccartney rosemary and onion sausages and beans. Yummy!

Today I had 2 boiled eggs and melon for breakfast, homemade carrot and coriander soup with a tuna and beetroot sandwich and dinner was sw chips, spicy mince with onion and pepper, mushrooms and a homemade burger with bacon and cheese. Full up but still planning dessert for later. I have had 6 syns - muillerlight greek lemon (1/2), cereal bar (3) and garlic mayo (2 1/2). I love sw!
 
I had fallen off the wagon again after being away on a hen party but i have slowly got back on it. For breakfast today I had 2 x wm toast (HEB) with butter and marmalade (2.5 syns) plus a coffee and pint of water. For snack i had an apple and a free raspberry yogurt. I have savoury mince with beans for lunch (3 syns) and I am having an omellette for tea with ham, cheese (HEA) tomato and jalepenos. Tea will not be till late as I will go out walking so I will prob have a mugshot when I get home from work. BACK ON TRACK!!!
 
I have had a really good weekend and stayed on track apart from the alcohol on saturday night. On saturday morning I had bacon, egg and toast and then went shopping. For lunch I had chicken salad with coleslaw (3syns) and diet coke. I had one rich tea finger (1 syn) and i had steak, chips, onions and pepper sauce (3syns) for dinner followed by half a bottle of red wine and several malibu (approx. 30 syns). I went over my syns allowance by 22 syns. However today was a new day and I had sausage, beans and toast for breakfast (10syns). I had roast beef, potatoes, veg and gravy for lunch with magic pancakes, banana and a drizzle of honey (2syns) for dessert. For my dinner I had chips, mushrooms, onions, cheese HEA and sweet chilli sauce (4syns) with a kinder bar (3 1/2 syns). Total syns today = 19 1/2. Lesson learned...no more sausages!!
 
Today I had 2 x linda mccartney sausages with beetroot for breakfast and pineapple, melon and raspberries at 11am. For lunch I had homemade potato cakes with beans and boiled eggs and I had leftover pancakes (1/2HEB) from yesterday with a drizzle of honey (3syns). I now have a baked bean vegetable lasagne in the oven and I have just made tomato soup. While I'm waiting on the lasagne i am gonna have a cereal bar (3syns). Total syns today so far + 6 syns. :)
 
Todays food:

Breakfast:
2 x LM sausages (free) with beetroot and a coffee

Lunch:
lettuce, beetroot, pineapple, tomato, 1 x babybel light (2syns), jalepenos, savoury rice, 1 x asda chicken tikka skewer (free) and leftover portion of last night's lasagne.
Tea and cereal bar (3syns).

Dinner:
asda mustard and cheese crust gammon (free), carrots and potatoes.

Snacks:
Magic pancakes (1xHEB), yoghurt, banana and honey (3syns).
Milk HEA

total syns = 8 :)

Lunch: Home made stew (Frying steak fried in herbs and garlic, onion and carrots), cup of coffee and a cereal bar (3syns).

Snack: Curly wurly (6syns).

Dinner: Iv planned home made burgers made from extra lean mince with a babybel light in the middle, fried onions and msuhrooms and possibly some sw chips.

Total syns so far = 9 syns

Today was weigh day and i had 1.5 off so was happy with that.

Oopsy i fell off the wagon on friday and had that big a hangover that yesterday wasnt good either.

Friday:
Breakfast: Melon, raspberries and coffee
Lunch:
Dinner: 3 course meal in a restaurant pls a bottle of red wine and numerous malibu's with diet coke!

Saturday:
Breakfast: chicken curry and chips!!!
Numerous biscuits and crisps
Chiclen in peking sauce with fried rice and chips

Sunday was a good day. We went to a soapbox derby which was great craic and I only drank a diet coke whilst out of the house.

Breakfast:
Coffee and melon

Lunch:
Roast chicken in maggi bag (5syns), veg, potatoes and free gravy.

Snack:
HEB Magic pancakes with drizzle of honey (3 syns) and banana

Dinner:
Pasta bolognese bake with sw chips
light salad cream (1 syn)

total syns: 9 :)
 
Well im back at work tomorrow and I dont know how i am going to cope with my sore arm but ill have to try. Been to asda today and got a few things so well prepared for sw.

Breakfast:
Coffee and weetabix cake (1 syns)

Lunch:
veg quiche, beetroot and jalepenos
Bowl of homemade tomato and onion soup

Snack: choco pin n white (3syns)

dinner:
sw chips, rosemary and onion sausages, baked beans and jalepenos.

not sure about syns later...maybe some fruit and a yogurt....i'll update later x
 
dinner is now on...chips, 3 x sausages, fried onion and mushroom, baked beans, jalepenos and 2 babybel light.

I snacked on a piece of leftover quiche earlier with a tbsp of brown sauce (1syn).

Total syns = 5
 
Back at work today and its good to have a routine again. Food today has been good so far.

Breakfast:
Coffee and melon
Apple @ 11am

Lunch:
Bowl of home made stew (frying steak, onions, mixed veg and maggi stock pot)
2 pieces of weetabix cake (1 syn)
Coffee

Dinner:
I am having gammon cooked in sweet onion sauce with veg and potatoes.

Snacks later:
smart price cereal bar (3 syns)
hoops and crosses prawn cocktail (4 syns)

Total syns = 8syns
