I'm new to this site but will be using this as a motivational food diary as of tomorrow. Restarted at weigh in tonight and have 37 lbs to lose Eek !!
 
First day on plan EXTRA EASY


Breakfast : 2poached eggs and mushrooms on HEx B toast

Morning snack : chopped melon

Lunch: pasta salad with chicken rocket basil red pepper tomatoes and fat free balsamic dressing with H Ex A 45g mozarella : looks fab wish I could upload a photo !!

Dinner ; good old spag Bol with added super free veg and a chopped side salad Miller light

Not planned any sins as yet
 
Day 2


B: 2 Linda McCartney sausages 2 HE B bread 2 boiled eggs and tomatoes

L; pasta salad with chicken and lots of super free veg lite mayo and mustard
Melon and raspberries

D; gammon SWChips sweet corn broccoli and coldly with grated baby bel on top HEx A
Mullet light and raspberries

Sins: mayo lite 2. Mustard 1. Vodka and slimline 12
 
Day 3


B. 1 slice toast egg and beans

L. Carvery no potatoes just meat and veggies sins for gravy

D. Chicken and bacon salad

Sins : gravy 3. Mustard 1. Vodka and diet come x 2 8 Total 12
 
Day 4


B. half HEb 1 weetabix with fat free yoghurt and raspberries. And half HEb 3 ryvita cracker read chopped egg ham and orange pepper

L. Bachelors pasta and sauce with added mushrooms peppers chilli and basil with mixed leaves

D. To be decided later

If I lose weight at my weigh in on Monday I will be soooo chuffed !!!! I've ate absolutely loads ?? This is to be good to be true ?

Had a bad day Saturday had white cob samosa cider handful of crisps so all went to
Pot !!! Written the day off:(

Sunday

B: 2 toast tinned tomatoes poached eggs

L: pulled pork mixed salad homemade coleslaw

D; pasta with bolognaise sauce with added super free veg and side salad

Yoghurt and pineapple and raspberries

L: mixed salad veg with ham and kidney beans
Grapes

D: braised beef mushrooms and onions in stock and mustard with mashed potatoes colly green beans broccoli carrots peas
Miller light and blackcurants

Weigh in in 1/2 an hour fingers crossed I've not done too much damage on Saturday :///
 
Monday
