Hi all. I have been doing SW from home for a few weeks now and have been quite ill as weel so my progress is up and down at the moment. I went to the doctors today as I collasped last week while at the bus stop. Luckily I was with my college who is a carer and was in safe hands. It turns out that I was suffering from low blood pressure, was badly dehydrated and wasn't eating enough ( although I thought I was eating loads ). I have tried to stay on plan but have found this difficult as the food has gone off now and I haven't been able to restock yet. But I still try my best to be as close to plan as possible. I have decide to do a diary to keep check on myself and make sure that I am having my healthy extras and drinking plenty of fluids.

My Start weight was 17st 12lbs, then I lost 12lbs over three weeks, joined minimins and fell ill, gained 6lbs, with support and encouragment lose 4lbs in two weeks and am currently 17st 2lbs. I am a Saturday weigher, so will see what happens in 3 days time. :(

Love red days and do not understand EE days what so ever, as when I went to SW many years ago this plan had just been introduced. Have green days too just like today.


So far today I have had;

B. Eggs, bacon and beans (hex B )

L. Seasoned chicken strips from Aldi, chips and beans with Fanta Zero and a coffeee with skimmed milk and sweetener ( hex B and hex A syns 17.5 ) Plus a glass of water.

I am not sure what to have for dinner as I will need to check the cupboards and fridge.
 
So, I ended up having spicy baked beans with bubble and squeak mash. Very filling. Will have a banana and muller light if I get hungry later or if I want something sweet.

Looks like you like your baked beans lol!

I do a lot of red days but throw a few EE days in now and again as I get bored easily!

Lol. Yes I do like my beans. I tend to have a ***** fit if I go to the fridge and the beans have been used! Sad I know. Have not had them for a while as I prefer red days to green. Should really get to grips with EE days and then I could have my cake and eat it! Lol.
 
This morning when I finally woke up I thought it 8am. In fact it was 11am! Didn't feel woozy today so I took my meds and had breakfast. Spent the rest of the day on the Internet researching. I saw my grandson this evening when he was brought over to see his dad so that was nice. Brief but nice. :)
So food wise was a bit on and off today. Still have not got to do any shopping yet so had to make do with what was about.
2 bananas and muller light for breakfast.
Bacon egg and spinach toasted sandwich
Sautéed pork on a bed of spinach. ( not what was planned but there was a disaster in the kitchen! I call him my son!)
I also had coffee, water,and sugar free juice.
I actually have a confession to make. Last night I was up till really late and had a latw night choc feast! 5 celebrations, hot chocolate highlights, 2 chocolate digestives. About 20 syns last night, toothache this morning! Serves me right :eek:

Today I'm fwwling a bit low and intimidated with the diaries thay I have been reading and the weight losses. I alwaya gwt like this when I am not well enough and have to make do with what I have in the house. So I havw secided to phone a friend to come with me to go shopping and be better prepared for next week. I have not been drinking enoufh by the look of my diary and my hex are not meaaured either so I'm looking at a gain this week. :(
But on a brighter note I will ne back at work and moving around not laying in bed. Meals will be structured and I will be more focused.

So for today so far I have had;

Bacon eggs mushrooms and left over bean curry.

Roast chicken without the skin roast potatoes and loads of veg with chicken bovril gravy and chilli and garlic flakes.

Had 2 coffees and very little water so far. Will rectify that shortly.
 
Have not slept a wink! But I braved the scale's and have gained 2lbs. Not bad considering I have been laid up for over a week. I am so looking forward to the week ahead. I plan 2 days in advance as I might change my mind or something comes up. Good luck for the week ahead to all that see my diary. :thumbup:
 
Good luck to you too hunni x Im sure you'll have a better week this week. It's hard when you haven't got the right food in, or you're not feeling well.

Definitely weigh your hexes! If u have milk, get yourself a jug and pour a hexA out the night before. Then it's all ready for when u want it in the morning x I cut milk out of my drinks at work as it just makes it easier to keep track of.

Oh, and don't feel intimidated by others weight losses...be inspired! It shows it works! And we are all different and will lose at different rates. It's not a race! And I'm sure u will find that for every person whose had a big loss, there are two who've had a very small one x But they ALL count xxx

Not too bad thanks... Alfie hasn't been sick today which is good as the medicine should work better :)
Kev's been back to the docs and is on more antibiotics.
And me..... I've just had Quorn nuggets for the first time.... They were gorgeous!! Glad it's the weekend... Any plans? Xx
 
Well, I'm back after a rollacoaster month. I have been ill, fell off the wagon, and had a dreadful time back at work.
My disciplinary was today for having so much time off sick! Still in shock that I had to be disciplined for that! Unbelievable. Anyway had a good surprise at the dietician and lost half a stone bringing down to 16st 5lb. Hope to maintain the for a week and then loss some more as I tend to put big loses back on. My colleagues jave challenged me to have a naughty syns week and still lose weight or stay the same! I'm up for the challenge as I have faith in the plan but I fear them trying to sabotage me at every chance they get.
So I know my birthday is on the 16th of this month so I won't do it then but plan to do it for the last week of this month and take the whole week off to prove them wrong lol.

To do nothing but play GTA5 as I have not had a whole weekend off work not being ill lol. Yourself?

Well done on losing half a stone! That's fab! How long did it take?
I'm not really doing anything this weekend, might pop out in the morning to see if I can get my hair cut, son's footy match on Sunday afternoon.. That's about it x

Thanks. It took a week so I was surprised considering I had 4 takeaways and my friend spoilt me when I stayed at hers for the weekend. Had so much that was off plan so I need to be extra careful next week I think!
