1st day :))
So I went to my first class on Wednesday afternoon & yesterday was my first full day! I found it good except I did get really hungry mid-day but that was because I was out & didn't get a chance to have lunch. .. brought some fruit too snack on!
B- 2 weetabix (heB) & a banana with koko milk, coffee with koko milk (heA), green splenda
S- 1 banana & 1 apple
L- left over dinner from yesterday- quorn mince, onion, garlic, carrots, peas, peppers, tomato, chick peas, stock cube & wm spaghetti
S- Alpro yogurt (2 syns)
D- potatoes, baked beans with mushy peas & spinach, 2 eggs & salad (lettuce, tomato & beetroot)
Also- 1.5 tspns honey (1.5 syns)
How does this look? I had planned to have more syns & 2 slices of nimble with redwood cheeze as 2nd HeB plus an animal bar but was just full enough!!

Hi, the food diary looks fine. Don't forget a dieter's worst enemy is hunger, so try to have something with you to eat if you're out and about.
