Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I started off on slimming world nearly 2 years ago at 10st 4. I have maintained at target, around 9 st for the past year. I have developed bad habits recently. My downfall is the weekend, alcohol, takeaways, evening nibbles and desserts and it has to stop!

I would like to lose around 8 lb before december, then maintain throughout christmas. I know i am.not big but i am short at 4ft 11 so the weight i do have is noticeable.

The main reason for my diary is to plan/ keep on track and to record my recipes. Also not to let the odd few syns just slip through the net!

I struggle to have my Hex B. So any tips and advice would be great.

I will start with my diary today, keeping in mind i dnt have much food in till saturday!

B- 2 boiled eggs. Coffee with skimmed milk

Lunch- ainsley harriot cous cous (3.5syns) mixed with tuna and soy cause ( sounds weird but a fave!)

Work snacks- bannana/ cherry toms and a chewee bar ( 4.5 syns)

Tea- quorn mince bake. Similar to lasange but without the pasta. With lots of veg. There is a bit of bisto white sauce in the bake so will add 2.5 syns for that.

I usually have a options hot choc in evening. Hazlenut 1.5 syns.


Struggling with hex b?

Today i think i will do a green day as im not eating any meat. Can somebody let me know if this is ok?

Breakfast- two boiled eggs

Snack- blueberry yoghurt

Lunch- smArtprice noodles and tuna ( 1.5 for noodles as on green?) cherry toms.

Work snack- chewee bar (4.5) apple

Tea- sw free cheese scones, beans and veg.

Evening- options hot choc 1.5


Drinks- 2coffees with skimmed milk. Sf squash.

I know i need more free food but struggling until shopping arrives!

Ok for green day?? 7.5 syns today?
 
Up early today for work so for breakfast- two boiled eggs and a chewee bar (4.5) ( only have 1 apple left!)

Not sure about lunch or tea today. For tea i may do the quorn burgers with hexb wm roll. And sw chips and fish some veg out the freezer! Roll on shopping tomorrow!

Decided on fish for lunch. Smoked fish with veg. Maybe a but of smash..weird with fish i know!

Tea will be red onion quorn burgers. Topped with hea of cheese and hexb bun. Served with chips. ( 2 syns for ketchup,1for el mayo) Courgette spaghetti .An apple for afters.

If i have syns left i will have a mcvities medley bar (7 syns) this evening.

Coffee with skimmed milk. Sf squash.
 
Diary is looking good bec I might try swapping days every day this wk, I done 5 red days last wk and now can't stand the sight of ham/ eggs/ tuna haha :) xx

I no I do love my pasta and rice! Red days r so expensive aswell, today iv done a EE iv been starving all day I'm sure fruit makes me hungrier u no ha :)

I think i will stick to ee lol. I know what you mean about the fruit! Lol nothing like chocolate! Ive ordered asdas bubbly bites for 3 syns each
 
My plan for tomorrow..im on a course all day so taking enough food.

Breakfast- 3 boiled eggs ( trying to stop belly rumbles halfway through the morning)

Pack up lunch- apple, cheese sandwhich ( hexa and b and 1 syn el mayo) , special k crisps (4.5), chewee bar ( 4.5), muller light

Tea- syn free chicken curry using tinned toms. Rice. Added veg.

I wouldnt of liked to use that many syns on a sat on food as i like an evening drink! But with not much shopping in and being out all day i needed to do what i could. I will neef a drink tomorrow when i get home i think!
 
That looks good u can always pull syns back thru the wk, Saturdays r for havin fun I'm trying to be good today so can have a lil drink tomoro :) x
 
Drink is my weakness though! I cabt have 1glass...i need to have 1 bottle..and on a bad day if theres another its 2 bottles! Lol then nibbles..then hangover munchies/ laziness! List goes on! Lol
 
Hahaha I'm the same it's always all or nothing with drink and chocolate it has to be a complete binge :) I'm going to try be good till my bday then good till Xmas il be skinny and rich by Xmas... Well that's the plan ha x
 
News update!!! Shopping has arrived!!

Altho like i said weekends are my downfall..1 bottle of wine and a takeaway down.
However we ordered off the light menu which was half the portion. Id been on a course all day so didnt want to cook. I should on pre anned but hey..lesson learnt! Back on track today. Wi post later
 
Well i planned our breakfast. Sausage and egg mcmuffin. I thought the bread would be my hexB but it was 8 syns! So ive already had 12 syns today! Bit annoyed. Was nice though..will.not be having a muffin again!

So lunch and tea will be syn free.
Not sure on lunch.

Tea- curry which was meant to be yesterdaya tea. Syn free using chopped toms.

I will snack on fruit today. I have had two coffees with slimmed milk.
Sf sparkling water.

Walked the dog too this morning.
 
Kind of classed today as a right off! We went to costa coffee so i ordered a smal skinny coffee..yeyy..but then hubby orders two cakes. So i ate 3/4 of a chocolate shortbread. Doh!

However if i wasnt on plan i woukd of done much worse.

Tomorrows plan..

Breakfast- two boiled eggs

Lunch- pre prepared! Leek and potato soup..syn free. Banana. Alpen light hexb

Tea- going to my parents. I had the choice of thai curry, chinese etc vut chose paella which i thought would do less damage. I am having no syns in the day to use at my parents.
 
Day off today.

Brrakfast was two boiled eggs and a vanilla ww yog

Lunch- spinach salad with 1/2 tablespoon of hummus (1syn) and 25g of feta cheese. Packet of mighty light crisps for after ( 5.5 syns)

If i need to snack this afternoon i will have melon.

Tea will be pulled pork. I have some sw bbq sauce defrosting but much prefer proper bbq sauce so will use a tbsp of each and syn it.
Will serve with veg or salad and in a WM bun as my hexb.

Will add any extras or changes later as i will probably hav some choc and an options!

Been walking for an hour today. Will take my dog out later too
