My (probably going to be mostly green) food diary ^_^

Hello everyone, I'm a returning SW dieter, going solo :) I'm new to the site and been doing the diet for nearly 2 weeks. I thought I'd start keeping a food diary on here ^-^

Day: Green

Breakfast: Shreddies (HEB1)
Snack: melon
Lunch: Leftover SW carbonara from last night (nom! I guessed about 2 syns for the ham, not much in there)
Snack: Popcorn (5.5 syns)
Tea: Quorn sausages, mash and syn free gravy
Snack: 5 mini meringues (5 syns)

HEA semiskimmed milk 250ml x2

I always have trouble getting both HEB's in there, I might just start having double the amount of cereal in the mornings

She does green days mosy of the time and very interesting diaries. Not sure how you find her, but if you can have a look.

If you go the top of the page - on the right click advanced search - enter the user name - then search now
That should find xmisskx for you

Yesterday's food diary:

Breakfast: eggy bread (2x heb)
Snack: melon
Lunch: mug shot
Tea: carbornara (again! Mm)
Snacks: popcorn (5.5syns) and a kitkat (5.5 syns)

Hea was used for tea throughout the day

Not as much food as I normally eat, but was in work and forgot my lunch so just had to grab something quick!

Todays food diary so far;

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs (frylight), 2 linda m sausages (4 syns), mushrooms
Snack: melon
Lunch: leftover carbanora

I must say the only place I admit everything I eat is on here. Don`t make me lose any better but I can see why.

Breakfast: nothing. I woke up late and had to rush out the house! normally I would have let something like this ruin my good eating and had some take away junk but not today!
Snack: Melon and tea
Lunch: 4 mini quiches made with a tomato and herb mugshot and cottage cheese: 1/2 syn
Snack: fat free greek yogurt. Had fruit compot in but I didn't eat it. Say 1 syn for the tiny bit I might of eaten
Snack: 2 wheetabix (HEB1) with milk (HEA1)
Tea: SW chunky chips and asda chickpea dahl with mushrooms
Snack: 2 meringue nests (6 syns)

Total syns: 7.5

Feeling positive! Lunch all packed and ready for tomorrow :)
 
Yesterday:

Breakfast: wheetabix (HEB1) with milk (HEA2)
Snack: Melon
Lunch: 4 mini quiches
Snack: 1 nugget (1.5 syns)
Snack: butternut squash soup
Tea: leftovers from last night
Snack: 3 meringue nests (9 syns)

drinking tea throughout the day (HEA1 + 2)
 
Today so far:

Breakfast: wheetabix (HEB1)
Had a late lunch: box of melon, 4 mini quiches made with tom n herb mugshot n cottage cheese with 28g cheddar (HEB2) on top (NOM) (1/2 syn), a meringue nest (3 syns)
Snack: sweet cravings, so had an options white choc sachet with some quark ^-^ (2 syns)
Not sure what's for tea yet, probably a late one seeing as I had a late lunch :) xx

Tea: I had mushrooms, SW chips and 2 fried eggs for my tea.
I'll probably have some poporn or a kitkat later for some more syns with my last cuppa of the night, so my total syn count will be 10.5

Feel like I haven't had enough superfree food today, or speed food. Will have to pick some things up tomorrow :)

OH I also had milk for my HEAs in cups of tea throughout the day :)

Okay so here's todays food diary so far. Think I'm doing an extra easy day today :)

Breakfast: Melon, then a fry up. 2 quorn sausages, 1 fried egg, 7 mushrooms (fried whole) and SW hashbrowns I made from leftover SW chips :)
Been drinking lots of tea (HEA1) and just had a naughty chocolate eclair (toffee one) (2 syns)

Not sure what's for lunch or tea yet :)

Here's a picture of my brekky as I was v. proud of my hash browns haha ;)

For lunch I had a big bowl of butternut squash soup, and then snacked on some melon :) think I may turn into a melon lol!

For tea I made sweet chilli chicken from a tweak of the reciepie for sweet chilli beef here (http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world-recipes/328289-chinese-recipes.html) and it way amazing! Will defo be making again, whole meal was 3 syns :D

I ended up leaving about half after eating my veg, which is probably a good thing lol. It was soo tasty though!

Think I'm going to make a low sun pud in a bit from 0% yog and belguim options :)

Guessing the total syns for the day will be about 7 unless I fancy something else sweet later :)

Used my HEs today both for milk

I love BNS, I am gonna make butternut squash & carrot soup tomorrow with a few chilli flakes. Delish!!
 
Mmm that sounds lovely! I normally just make mine from BNS and stock but think I'm gonna have to try and be adventurous :) xx

Breakfast: I woke up really late, so just had melon for breakfast
Lunch: Last night after tea, I mixed the leftover egg fried with what was left of the sweet chilli flavour in the wok. I had that with baby corn and mushrooms

HEA- milk for my tea. I have bought a massive bag of tea from amazon lol will have to post a picture on here, its huuge

Not sure weather I'm doing green or EE today. OH is getting a take away tonight so going to have to restrain myself!

Hi Jade, I'd like to follow :) I do green days as I'm vegetarian. I'm re-starting from Monday (next week). I'm hoping I can get some motivation and ideas from other peoples diaries x x
 
Snack: ff greek yog with options hot choc (2 syns)

Tea: chilli cheese fish cakes with piles of green beans (4 syns for the cheese)

Was a bit naughty last night, counted the fish and cheese as hebs so I could have a few extra syns...had a cheeky kitkat

Today I had fat free yog and options fpr brekkie (2 syns)

Got a mug shot and melon for lunch today :)
