Hi Everyone, I have just started doing red days and i think i have a grip on in. Bascially i was going to try it today, tomorrow and friday too see how i get on.
could someone make sure that my food for today looks ok ?
Breakfast (8.30am)- plum
Lunch- 2 Slices of wholemeal bread with philly light, yoghurt & apple
Dinner- mince, chopped tomatoes, pepppers, onions, spices ( chilli ) with fresh veg.
snacks- 2 aplen light bars, cold meat/ chicken
drinks- 2 litres of water, green tea, coffee , sugar free red bull

Do you know you can have 2 x Hex A and 2 x Hex B on a red or green day (only one of each on extra easy).
You're not eating much meat or fish, only in your dinner?
Well in my salad i was going to have ham and turkey breast. i think its because i can have 2 hex a&b that im making them into a meal so i dont really need to eat meat along with it if you know what i mean.
any suggestions n what i can have to add more meat?xx
