I'm on hols in the Lake District so diet might go completely out the window! But so far:
B - nectarine, banana, muller light
L - cheese and tomato panini with chips : S
T egg, tomato, mushrooms, whole meal toast
S - 3 oat flip biscuits (syns - ? ), apple, grapes, quavers.
Bad day line written under it and start afresh tomorrow!
