2 Stone for Xmas! FOOD DIARY

Im a yo yo dieter that is utterly fed up of dieting. So I really want to do this quickly and resume a 'normal' routine.My daughter is 14 months, I want to be able to share dinners with her rather than have a seperate meal. My partner is a great cook and loves doing healthy meal plans but he works away, so he isnt here a lot of the time.
I started cambridge last week but my head isnt in it, but my body does respond well to low carbing. ive lost 4lbs this week so thats good!! So I am going to try and keep my carbs to a minimum. Ill be using my cambridge up so bear with me as the first few days may look weird!

L- Cambridge diet porridge (picked on cheese)
D- Chicken salad with roman lettuce, chicken and peri peri sauce. A cambridge bar.

Week 12 Mini Goals
Lose a stone
Get into size 14
Get into size 12
Get into new jumper
Complete the shred
Get into the 10s
