I'm finally going to start my own food diary. I've been a member of slimming world since October 2012 and have lost 51lbs. I need to lose 13 lbs to get to target. It finally feels achievable! I'm desperate to be at target for Christmas but I can feel my self slipping and letting extras into my diet.
Wednesday

HEA- semi skimmed milk
HEB - porridge

Breakfast
Porridge mixed with a liberte blueberry yogurt 1 syn
Lunch
Scrambled egg and mushrooms
Dinner
Chicken and butternut squash curry
Snacks Banana, apple, orange.
Syns Liberte yogurt 1, highlights hot choc 2 Red tai curry paste 1
I'm having a low syn day as I ate at Jamie Oliver's restaurant last night.

I couldn't get to group to weigh last night and I've take. A holiday next week, it's going to be tough without going to group but my aim is to maintain.

Yesterday's (Thursday 24th food)

Breakfast
Melon and a liberte strawberry yogurt 1 syn

Lunch
WW wholemeal pitta with ham and salad followed by an apple and banana

Dinner
Coq au van with extra veg and mashed potato (I'm counting 2 syns for the mix)

Syns

Liberte yogurt 1, coq au vin mix 2 (5.5 for the whole packet, served 4) cadburys snowman 8

Total 11
 
Friday 25th

Today is going to be a tricky day as I'm at a party tonight, I'll probably be over syns.

Frozen berries, banana and grapes mixed with a muller light

Ham salad in HEB pitta bread

I don't feel guilty as I had a lovely night and I don't drink very often.
 
Today hasn't started well, we stayed in a hotel last night. My mum booked it as a surprise and looked after the girls. It was such a treat as we very rarely have evenings out as we live so far from both sets of parents.
Saturday 26th October

Breakfast Bacon, egg, beans, tomato, sausage. 1x wholemeal toast. I don't know how many syns but I'll allow today's allowance.

Dinner
Pork fillet with rice and veg

Snacks
Grapes, 3x satsuma, apple and a banana.

I missed lunch as was still full from breakfast and have only just eaten dinner as my daughter has been a nightmare to get to bed.
Back on plan tomorrow.

Ok, back on plan today. The scales are showing 10.8 so I really need to be good this week. As I've said I'm not weighing in until the 7th nov and would ideally like a 1lb loss or at least to maintain.
Sunday 27th

Hea will be semi skimmed milk throughout the day for coffee.

Scales were back to 10.6 this morning so hopefully they will stay that way or drop. I'm off to Drayton manor park tomorrow with the girls so I'm really hoping they will sell baked potatoes.
 
Ok, so half term is not going well food wise. I'm having a lovely time so that's all that matters. Hopefully I'll maintain for next Thursday.
We had a lovely day at Drayton manor park yesterday but it did involve fish and chips and ice cream oops!

Me and my youngest enjoying Thomas land. I actually walked around all day not feeling fat and self conscious and I didn't worry about being too fat for the kids rides :)

Plan for today is shopping at Cheshire oaks so I should be ok food wise.

Back on plan today yay :) I'm back home from visiting my parents and it feels great to be back in control of my eating.

Breakfast Oranges and yogurt ( I know it's not much but we got up late and had to get E to school)

Lunch Baked potato, baked beans, salad and 3x quorn nuggets (1.5syns)

Quark mixed with hi lights bournville 2 syns and raspberries, hifi bar

Well I made the pasticcio to the recipe and can't believe it made this much.

That's dinner sorted for tonight too and a couple of lunch portions. Really good value for money. Cost about £7 for all of the ingredients but has made at least 8 portions.

So I was 2lbs up this week. It was completely deserved and will hopefully be off this week.

I've been at work all day hence the leftover dinner.
 
Ok, so I had good intentions yesterday to take my own lunch. I was on a study day. Instead I started off at Starbucks with a toffee nut latte and then a rep brought in lunch, I ate that and then found myself in costa with a friend. Opps!
I'm really struggling at the moment to stick to plan for more than a couple of days. I think the main reason is that I'm happy with my weight and feel really comfortable wearing a size 10 on top and 12 bottoms. I still want to get to target but if it takes another 6 months so be it. There, pressure taken off and I can actually start enjoying the plan again with the occasional slip up.
